It took me a while to post my transcription of that (color coded HGs) talk, but I did post it in the live feeds section. I put the name of the houseguests next to each color to make it easier to read.

White is Dustin (Which is confusing because sometimes Dustin says he has white on his side, but he's just counting himself among the others in his count). Black is not Jameka--It's Dick. At first, however, when Dustin was talking about black, he was talking about Jameka, but only because Dustin thought that ZACH was calling Jameka "black." All along, however, Zach was calling Dick "black." It was funny because Dustin was struggling the whole time to keep up with the code, and he was IN the conversation! LOL!

Amber - Blue
Dick - Black (aka Black w/red or pink tips, smoker)
Daniele - Lovebird with "brighter head" or smarter
Nick - Other lovebird
Kail - Had no color, but Dustin called her "her" or "she" all of the time, or "current HoH." Why he couldn't just say her name is beyond me. - Cat

12:00AM BBT: Midnight Zach wonders why White and Green don't talk. Dustin says people in the house know "loyalty" and wrath and Zach say "like me". Zach wonders if the love birds are in with the plan for the long haul. Dustin says the female part is better at the game and are probably in it for the week. Dustin sidetracked with someone else. They're both doing lame impressions and Jen comes over and the conversation ends.

Carol tries to prod Eric into talking to her. She tells him she has a lot of secrets and Eric asks "Are you sure?" and she says yes and he tells her that it sound promising. She lists them. Dustin has told her "I'm not trying to think about it" He had said he thought about her earlier but stopped when Amber was plowed in the face with the tetherball courtesy of Dustin. Joe is double talking and not giving Carol an answer. Eric says "let everybody be nervous" Carol says she doesn't want to be nervous. Eric started talking about he wasn't happy with Amber when my feed switched

In bedroom, Joe, Jameka, Jess, Nick and Daniele talking about Dustin putting up Jen, Kail. They said they are the Mafia since he told Dustin he would kill him if he puts him up. Actually Jameka came up with the mafia alliance M-A-F-I-A and Daniele says each one of them each start a separate secret alliance with Eric. Jameka said she's out since she's only said a few words to him. Joe is asking for trust and says that 5 together can get very far. Joe now calls them "The Velvet Mafia" and says one of them has to win HoH. Joe says that he's had a change of heart about Carol and will keep Amber. [Looks like Nick is in his second Alliance.]

Joe is outside talking to Carol. Carol is saying that she didn't really go around telling people that he was voting for her. It was just that everyone assumed he was, as Dustin was aligning with Amber. He just says "uh-huh." Joe says that he is winning HoH next week to "nip in the bud" the alliance between Dustin and Amber. He will put up Dustin against someone who is sure to stay. Joe says that there is an alliance that is the only clear one in the house, and it is Kail, Mike and Jen. Carol is amazed--she would never have thought those three were in an alliance. Carol tells Joe that Jess needs her in this game, if she wants to stick around.
Carol: Zach tried to convince me earlier today that he can get Nick to vote for me. I don't know whether to believe it. He said that he could, and if he thinks he can, then I'll take his word for it. You know?
Joe: Yeah.

Jen and Mike on the hammock, and Carol goes to them and says she is "breaking up the love connection." Carol says she is sorry she got Mike into trouble. She doesn't even know what happened. Mike says that Amber kept calling him "Traitor" after he came downstairs. He doesn't think it necessarily had to do with Carol. Carol is relieved. Mike says that when he came outside after Amber was hit in the face, she was still talking about it. Jen says that Amber didn't get hit that hard in the face! She says she was hit harder, by Carol. Jen says that Mike is the only guy around who doesn't seem to "be gay all of a sudden." Mike says he doesn't think Zach is either. Carol says that there are no real masculine guys here--they are all pretty boys. No one really wears flannel. Jen laughs and says they weren't going to the farm!!

The sound on the feeds switches to Dustin and Amber talking, and Amber is crying. They are in the weight room. Amber is expressing that she is so grateful for Dustin's loyalty and friendship. Dustin says their loyalty is paying off. Dustin asks her if Joe asked her for something in a deal. He asks specifically if Joe asked for safety. She says he did ask for safety a couple of days ago, but she wouldn't give him a guarantee.

She says Dustin won't believe what Joe really asked for--Joe guesses sex. [ROFL!!--ed] She says no--Joe said he wanted her to influence Dustin to believe that Joe is trustworthy, and he will prove it with his vote. Dustin is telling Amber that they still have Zach's vote. Nick is alone in the weight room with Amber. He says he talked to Zach and Mike. Nick is counting off Amber's votes. He says Jessica is in because she is mad that Carol went around saying she has Jess' vote. He counts off: Joe, Dustin, Jessica, Danielle, Jameka, Dick, Zach. Nick says he thinks Mike is in. Nick says that she does not have Jen, though.

Amber asks if he is mad at her about calling him a traitor. He says no. He says he was really upstairs just to take a shit. Amber says that she joked with Mike and called him a traitor, too, for being upstairs and having a date with someone else. Nick says that they all know what the game is like. Shit will go down and people will be shocked. Regardless of what happens, he will like everybody. He says "without knowing you, I know you." He says that he feels bad for Daniele because he really likes her, and he doesn't want her to get hurt.

Amber: If I get HOH next week, should I put Kail up?
Nick: I don't know.
Amber: I'm going to. I don't like her.
Nick: What about Jen?
Amber says she doesn't like Jen either, and she can't help it--when she doesn't like someone, that's how she is. She'll get rid of them. Nick says he doesn't know about Kail, though--he doesn't know if he'd take her out. Nick: Obviously Jen. I can't listen to her anymore. Another one who floats around and doesn't talk is Eric. He's freaky. Nick is saying that later on, don't worry that he will hate her or turn on her as the game goes on--it's a game. He says that he does NOT need the money. He is well off, as are his parents. He gets to be on TV. and he met Daniele. He says he hasn't known her long, but she is a great girl.

1:20AM BBT: Daniele is telling Jameka that if they work on getting out the Kail/Mike/Jen alliance, then they will be safe for half of the game. Daniele says that then they go after the floaters and betweeners. The Jessica's. Jameka says before they get rid of Amber, that the guys should all go. Daniele agrees and says she likes Amber. In the big bedroom, Joe and Jess are yelling for Zach. Jameka and Daniele hear them yelling for Zach, and they are listening.

Joe tells Zach that he is pretty sure he is voting for Amber to stay. He wanted to be fair and tell Zach, as they had the conversation previously to keep Carol. So, he wanted him to know he changed his mind. Zach: Ok, well, we're on the same page, then. Jess: Thanks for coming, Zachariah!!

Jess goes in the little room and tells them about the conversation she just had with Zach.
Jess: He wanted to let him know that he was voting Carol out. I guess they talked earlier, and then he was like, 'Yeah, we're on the same page. And then I made google eyes at him and said, 'Thanks for coming!"

Amber and Dick are in the kitchen playing a game at the big table where they hit two little boxes across the table.

Amber, Dick, and Eric are outside in the lounge area. They have been dissing Jen - who's newest lie seems to be that she and Nick hooked up about 4 months ago. Eric says that he disses her to her face, more than anyone else in the house. Dick said he thinks Nick might have a chance with Danielle. Eric and Amber - See video - Part2 - Part 3 - Part 4

4:00AM BBT: Eric is headed for bed. Dick says Eric is much better now that he's off slop. Then shifts to wanting Jen out and how he wants to break up the Mrs. Robinson alliance - wants Kail out first. Amber doesn't like Zach and she asks Dick about the PoV - can the Veto holder end up being nominated. He says, no they fixed that. Just like they fixed the DR problem of Season 3 - the jury seeing Danielle's DR sessions. He then brings up Boogie not using the coup de'tat and we get FotH. Dick is coaching Amber on how to work Kail. She belches and he asks "Can you fart now?" She does, and he's quite impressed with her "on demand" performance. "Best thing you've done since you've been here."

They talk in terms of a 3-way alliance, those two and Justin. Dick doesn't trust Jessica, Jameka, Mike or Kail. He says he's trusting Amber enough to choose him over Justin when it's time.

Amber and Dick still in BY talking strategy. Amber and Dick are counting votes and bonding, with farts and burps. Amber said that if the vote came down between Dick and Dustin, she would vote for Dick, even though it would be hard.

Dick asked Daniele to go a double DR to with his to say "Happy Birthday" to her brother, and she said they are not going to put it on TV so what is the point. Dick, anytime I talk to Danielle on a personal level, people think we are sneaking around, and it's hard to build our relationship in the house, since it is hard to air your dirty laundry in the house, as well as the live feeds.

Dick says that he has the hardest game in here since he is playing to rebuild a relationship with his daughter, and also playing to win the game. Amber asked Dick if anyone has talked to him about an alliance, and he states that he and Eric have a loose agreement to watch each other's back and Amber says that she has the same deal with Eric.

Dick's only worry about Jen is that she would win HoH and put him and his daughter on the block, trying to split up the pair, and take away his comfort zone. Jen made a comment to Amber yesterday that I don't want people to get the wrong impression and hate her. Amber says that Kail is a sneaky bitch, and she does not trust her at all.

Nick tells Amber that she reminds him of his sister. Jameka told Amber that she is voting for her, "I gave you my word and I don't go against my word" Dick has had some moments with Jameka. Jameka and Danielle can't deal with the slop. Dick says don't lose focus, do what you have to do, if you have to eat slop, eat the shit, but don't loose focus on the end goal. I should not have gone off on Jen in the HoH room during the PoV contest. Everyone said that he did the right thing. Dick is worried about Mike or Jen getting HoH this week, "that would fuck shit up man". Amber is convinced that she has to win HoH this week, and now she is talking about her Nike's.

Dick is worried about giving too much away, as far as his game strategy, and wants to keep Eric around. Eric told Amber that if he goes on the block, he will lose it, and people better watch out. He goes on to say that Carol set her self up to go this week, saying that she has something to do outside the house next week. Dick said that she said Jen had a vibrator to play with next week, and that Dick said that she can leave and go play with it. Jen is not considerate of anybody but Jen, says something about Vanna White should fire her as her nanny for wearing bathing suits that are made for 10 year olds.

4:50AM BBT: Amber is now talking about how the gals are wearing stuff that she can't afford, and Dick said it sometimes feels like he has walked into a frat house, and that the BB house feels like a college frat party at times. Jessica would go into her self if or when she is nominated for eviction. Amber says that Joe will be in a stressed out situation if he gets nominated too.

Dick was happy that he had the nomination pass, and Amber thinks that helped Dustin this week. Dick said that there has never been anything like the gonorrhea announcement in the BB house. Amber asked how they got gonorrhea, in his ass, and Dick says he has never had it he has no idea.

The reason why I don't trust Joe is that they were watching me on the cam. Dick thinks that Eric will self explode one of two ways, being on the block, or being on slop.

Dick and Amber are so not fake, towards Jen. No one likes Jen, and no one likes her (Amber), she is easy to be mean to. I know your game, if I play fast, you don't have time to think and follow me, and Zach gets flustered. Zach is so competitive that he can never turn down a challenge. Dick says that he does not care if Zach beats me in Chess, since I get a chance to talk game with him. Zach said he has my back, and Zach is so worried about being nominated. Whoever gets HoH, Zach will be kissing their ass not to go on the block. Zach said to Dick that I know you like Amber around here, and you are voting for her to stay, and Carol is selfish, and Zach said that I am with Amber when asked by Dick.

Dick says that Zach rubs people the wrong way. Kail is like that too, Kail going around asking who she should put up and Dick told her Jen since no one likes her anyway, and then she put up you and Carol. Dick thinks that anyone except Mike would put up Jen. Dick thinks that the house would go wild if Kail and Mike were put on the block next week, and then if PoV was used, back door Jen. Amber asked Dick if he is ready to go to bed, and Dick says yeah it is about 5:00AM BBT: But Dick said that he has to hide the rabbits first.

Dick said that look on Eric's face was priceless when he pulled the shower door open on him. Eric said that he was worried about his dick being all over the internet. 5:20AM BBT: Dick has gone to bed, all hamsters are now in bed and sleeping..

OK, It's another day in the BB house... 8:20AM BBT: After some under-the-covers cuddling, Nick gets up and jumps in the hot-tub, while Daniele is in the shower, everyone is still sleeping. After Daniele's shower, Nick enters and asks her if she'd like coffee. She says "Yes, please." [They're all flirty.] Nick goes to the kitchen and Danielle fixes her hair and makeup.

In the kitchen, Nick asks Danielle if she wants sugar and cream in her coffee. He watches Daniele from the kitchen and asks if something's wrong. "Your starting to weird me out..." he looks concerned, "Would it be easier to talk if the cameras weren't around?" He gives her the coffee, "I hope this is to your liking..." he tells her. They then both go to sit outside. Daniele says she will be right back and Nick says "Are you gonna come back with a better attitude?" then she heads inside again.

9:00PM BBT: A morning wake-up call with music causes a FotH. We return to find Dustin, Nick, and Daniele outside on patio, Joe and Mike are in separate showers, Kail heads to the gym, where Jen is already working out.

On the patio, Daniele says she thinks Eric is in the Mrs. Robinson alliance, Dustin is sure he is just a floater. Dustin talked to him last night and couldn't confirm Eric being aligned with anyone. Daniele, "He'll have to join an alliance eventually." They all think others are playing the 'Free Week Card' with Jen, and expecting themselves to be safe because the house plans to vote out Jen next.

Dustin thinks the vote will be 10-1 or 7-4 for Carol to leave.

Nick (to Dustin while looking at Daniele): "Isn't she pretty?"
Dustin: "I've seen better... but I'm not trying to sleep with her."
Nick: "I'm not! She's just put together very well..."

Nick takes coffee cups in, Dustin and Daniele keep talking about planning to put Jen up next, but question who would be the possibly failed pawn.

10:00AM BBT: Not much happening, they're eating breakfast and starting to get ready for voting and goodbye taping. For the ladies, this always requires some primping. Nick told Mike that everyone was voting for Carol to leave. Nick also told Mike that people were calling Mike and Kail the Mrs. Robinson alliance. They were discussing the possibility of Mike voting for Amber to leave so that he would be considered more of a floater.

10:30AM BBT: Carol cornered Eric and asked him how he was voting. Eric, looking extremely uncomfortable, told her that he didn't want to reveal who he was going to vote for.

11:00AM BBT: Dick asks the HGs if they know where the term "Big Brother" comes from, about half the house hadn't heard of George Orwell and Nineteen Eighty-Four.

11:30AM BBT: HGs relaxing outside. Mike is telling Daniele about life in Wisconsin. The nearest mall is hours away, it's six hours to Six Flags. Daniele likes going to football games and Mike has gone to Packers games, wants to go to a Chargers game next season, has gone to Dodgers game. Daniele says Angels game is better. Both Mike and Daniele like rain storms, Daniele visited NC and could see lightning far away because it's so flat. Mike likes seeing the leaves change colors.

11:45AM BBT: In the BY on the couches, Kail, Jessica, Zach, and Dick are talking about travel and Hawaii

Noon: Jameka and Jen on the hammock, talking about DR sessions, not talking about their sessions, but just in general. They complain how BB tries to put words in their mouth. Jen: "Joe gave a great example, BB asked him if he thought Dick's waffles are delicious, and Joe said 'Yeah, I'd say Dick makes good waffles. And they say, but would you say they are delicious?' And he'd say, 'Yeah, they are really good.' and when you finally say 'Yes they are delicious!' you'd forgot to say 'Dick's waffles' and they have you do it again."

12:15PM BBT: Kail finds out others have called the alliance The Mrs. Robinson Alliance. "That's terrible, I've never even seen that movie [The Graduate]." Kail scorns. [Well, Koo-koo-ka-choo, Kail] Later in the storage room. Zach tells Kail she should stay away from Mike as people think it's just her and Mike. He says he'll spend more time with Mike to take the heat off of her. She wants Dick to be their target for next week, as Dick is the brains behind the others, and Dick figured out the alliance. Zach says not to worry about Dick, and Kail said that he did say "He owes her one." for not nominating him.

BB announces they are not allowed to sleep in the living room. Dustin's the one on the couch and replies, "I'm not asleep."

1:15PM BBT: Kail gets the digital camera to take pictures of everyone for the CBS.com web site. The pictures will be posted tomorrow.

1:30PM BBT: In the small room, Nick is trying to find out what's bothering Daniele. Nick: "I can tell you are upset. What are you thinking? It's hard to figure things out when you don't talk to me. I don't want to put you in a position that is uncomfortable... I don't want to be pushy because of something... so... what are you thinking? [No answer, long pause.] Just in terms of like people you can trust. Do you think you can trust me?" Daniele: "Yes." Nick: "No matter what I hear, I think I can trust you.."

Joe enters the room and starts talking about a conversation the others were outing outside, then Joe brings up the gonorrhea again, says he will be HoH next week and get rid of him. There's more Dustin bashing and Joe says, "Dustin is the sneaky one in the house."

Joe leaves, Nicks tell Daniele to trust him. Nick said he will give her time to think things out, whatever it is she needs to sort out, and he will stay on the sidelines. He says just remember, "You're beautiful, the bee's knees, the cat's meow." He asks is there anything else she wants to talk about, or have him talk about while she just lays there, she says no, and he leaves. Camera on Daniele: She covers her head with the quilt, and sniffles a few times. Camera stays on her a long time, though nothing happening.

Meanwhile, on the HoH balcony: Zach and Mike are pretending to play chess. They're whispering and you can't hear enough to piece things together, but they're using the chess pieces to represent the HGs. They once again count the votes.

1:45PM BBT: Kail meets Daniele in the small room. Kail starts buttering up Daniele, saying how she likes her, and she has a great sense of humor. Daniele says she thinks she knows who she is, and where she is going, and doesn't understand people sticking their noses where they don't belong. Daniele thinks it is frustrating not being able to talk to her boyfriend. [Ding ding ding, I think we have an answer to why she's acting so strange around Nick.] Kail said it should be flattering that everyone wants to be around her. Daniele said if they can't get to her one way, then they have to start something. Kail is being quiet, lets Daniele vent. Daniele says she is better now... she was just having a moment. Daniele is ready for the week to be over and to get going with the game. Kail said she is ready for a new week to start and let someone else make the hard decisions. Daniele and Kail walk out arm in arm from the BR.

2:10PM BBT: Mike and Zach chat in the SR [This place has got more traffic than a drive-thru window] You can read that here.

2:30PM BBT: While outside sunning, Nick comes over and whispers to Daniele. Joe laughs, said he could hear it. [we couldn't] Nick says Zach told him not to say anything... doesn't want to get caught in a lie. Nick tells Daniele that Zach cut a deal with Amber about protecting his back for two weeks. [The same deal he made with Carol]. Said it is early to be cutting deals. [I think Nick was planting this info to see if it gets transmitted to Dick. They are trying to see if they talk game to each other.]

Joe calls Dustin and Amber "Duster, two people, one being. " .

3:10PM BBT: In the small room Amber is talking to Danielle about going to Zach to ask for his vote and he said he wasn't going to just give her his vote. Amber needed to promise him that she would not vote him off next. Amber tells Daniele what Nick asked her about what Zach had told him Dustin said. Amber tells Daniele that Zach asked her not to repeat about their deal because he didn't want anyone knowing he was making deals. Amber says Joe also approached her for a deal, but she turned him down because there were four other people who had come to her already from the start and she would not put them up because she cared for them. Amber says Zach tells her every day "What would I do without you..."

Dick enters and asks which side of the bed was Joe's. He sits on that side and farts on it. Dick tells Daniele they have to get rid of Zach, if not for Dick's sake, for Daniele's. There is major distrust developing for Zach. Amber totally trusts Daniele and Nick because nothing she's told them has come back to her. FotH. Dick leaves. Amber says "Your dad is so amazing" Daniele doesn't respond.

The bonding between Amber, Dustin, Daniele and Nick (?) continues. At 3:45PM BBT: An indoor LD is called but it's only long enough to interrupt all the conversations.

4:35PM BBT: Erica and Jessica have been outside chattering away for the last half hour or so. An outdoor LD was called. 5:00PM, LD over, talk turns to food. 5:15PM Indoor LD.

5:30PM BBT: Most of the HGs are eating. Dustin says that Carol knows she's leaving tomorrow. They're cookin' up a kettle of chili.

6:00PM BBT: Still on indoor LD, Jameka, Jen, Mike Kail, Jessica are sitting in the living room. They've pretty much run out of stuff to talk about. It kind of looks like a doctor's waiting room and they're waiting to get called in.

7:00PM BBT: People without live feeds have missed seeing Dick throw M&Ms off the balcony while Zach catches them in his mouth. Apparently they've been told to go to sleep early by production. Eric complains that he sees no point in "Going to bed early so that at 5 o' clock we can answer some questions?" The HGs are also being called to the DR to record ringtones for the CBS.com website. Nick says he'd buy one of Joe. Dick says one of his says, "And Remember...: Chicks love Dick"

7:30PM BBT: A discussion of plastic surgery leads to Jessica telling Jameka that she wants to scream it from the mountaintops, "These are real!" Jameka has trouble getting the rice to come out right, "Ya, see, this is why I only use Uncle Ben's, cause it always comes out right."

During dinner they ask what would they do with the money, if they won. Jessica says she'd pay student loans, Joe says he has a sister, who has cancer (big pause, all laugh) he says she would use it for an operation. Someone tells him he shouldn't say that if it's not true. He says he does have a sister who is a big fan of survivor and Johnnie Fairplay, so before he left she told him he could tell the HGs she had cancer because she thought it would be "friggin' hilarious." Joe then says he'd buy real estate. Jen says the money would ruin her life, she only came into the house for the fun of it and to meet new people. Kail would travel, Nick would buy a monkey and a motorcycle with a sidecar, Dick would travel around the world and get tattoos of all the places he visits. Carol would spend it on her dream wedding, Amber would use the money to help with her mother's retirement fund. Zach would go back to school at get his pilot's license.

8:45PM BBT: After dinner Daniele and Nick sitting on the BY couch. Nick tells Daniele that he doesn't really need or care about the money. he plans to build his house by a lake on his parents property in Minnesota. He's very happy with his life and apparently and wants to write a children's book.

Dustin and Nick begin to talk about the relationship Nick has with Danielle and Nick outlines that it's beyond flirting with the way they're both behaving. They're both a little worried about the way that Dick might take this situation. The guys quickly become bored with it and ask Dick to go get the shuffleboard game.

Epic statement comes from Nick when he said "My best friend is probably Black." The guys give him some flack for the statement but Nick clarifies that he has three best friends and that one of them is Black. The context of this statement is the use of taboo words near people who might take offense. Dustin says he doesn't get offended when people say something to the effect of "That's getting a little gay" and Nick offered up that he'll use the "N" word when it's in context of a song he's singing along to but away from that he won't use it.

9:20PM BBT: It appears that this season might have invented a new backyard game. As BB3 brought us Duckball, boredom is once again the mother of invention in BB8. This new game is played with a large puck of ice, possibly frozen in a slop bucket mold. The puck is a good 12 inches in diameter and the object of the game is to slide the puck on the Astroturf using the pool broom and have it end up on the giant checkerboard (the chess pieces have been cleared off for this game). The closer to the center of the board the more points you score. The maximum score is 5 and it decreases for each square closer to the edge. The game ends when someone gets 50 points. Nick, Zach and Dick play the first game. Unsurprisingly, Nick wins the first attempt at the game (he's from Minnesota and therefore an expert on ice). Mike, Jen and Zach are playing in game two and it looks like they're going to try to do a tournament with this tonight but that really depends on how long the puck stays in one large piece. 10:25PM BBT: Eric on Jen are in the hammock. Eric telling Jen that if she is up next week hopefully a pawn like Joe or Nick will be up against her and they can work it so the pawn goes home. He doesn't want it to be Kail or himself. Eric counting votes that are on their side and then talk turns to ideal order of evictions. They both want Daniele or Nick to go soon.

Eric talked with Dustin about the "cool kids" (Daniele and Nick) excluding most of the house and bonding with a small group, says that is dumb game play. He tells Jen he considers her smart, she considers everyone smart or they wouldn't be in the house. They have both written Carol off since she was talking about losing in August from the moment she came into the house.
