After Midnight:   As a make-shift birthday party for Jameka is going on in the kitchen,  Kail as usual has distanced herself from the other HGs and is in the sultan's bedroom with the lights off,  again talking to Mike about what she should do.   As much as Kail wants to stay in the game,  she takes solace in the idea that she may be seeing her family soon. 

Kail Pleads to Dick:  Kail goes to talk to Dick.   Dick telling her he's putting her up,  she says she knows and only asks that he not rip her to shreds.   Dick says he's not out to f'  people around and tells her that when she left  their talk in the hammock she broke their agreement  in minutes.  Audio Clip [22 minutes]

Dick:  "Am I going to tell lies this early in the game? No I'm no fucking idiot. I don't like lying.  Making alliances with people you don't even know is retarded and if you were any kind of smart player..."
Kail:  "If you want to go after me b/c of a personal vendetta."
Dick:  "Everyone wants you out."
Kail:  "Who?"
Dick:  "I'm not going to say--"
Kail:  "Jameka?"
Dick:  "Yes"
Kail:  "Jessica?"
Dick: " I'm not going to say this. You know, I'm going to go talk to Jameka and say I mistakenly used her name after this is over."

Dick said he didn't say much to anyone yesterday,  he kept his mouth shut and let them dig their own holes.  Dick tells her he was going to honor her agreement.  Kail explains  her betrayal and tells him all about the four person alliance.  Dick stops her and asks why she's just betrayed her whole alliance by telling him everything.  "You're totally betraying your alliance trying to save your own ass.  What happened to your alliance today."  Kail tells Dick only Mike was loyal and Dick says "Mike says Mike wasn't loyal it was 9-1."  Dick says the big alliance never works in the beginning.  "Didn't you watch the DVDs of the other seasons?  Do you watch Survivor?" 

Dick said Zach is running scared,  "Nick is already done."  He tells  her what you get is what you deserve.  Dick say he wasn't going after Zach because he supports him and all the girls get freaked out by him and why would he want them gone. 

1:00AM BBT:  Dick moves his talk with Kail to the HoH room.   It's another good long talk,  and very repetitive.  Audio Clip [20 minutes]

1:35AM BBT:  Kail and Dick are still talking.  Kail is talking in circles. Dick said it wasn't him who told Nick that he was putting her up. He said it was talk from the late night crew and questions why she's saying all this stuff trying to get who to put up against her. Kail asks if Nick lied? He can't answer because he doesn't remember. Kail says she's been homesick and not freaked out. Dick understands she has a life and he's not here to make her miserable. It's game and strategy and he will get out of this HoH with his hands "blood free."

Dick:  "Producers must've known that you were more forthcoming in your interviews."
Kail:  "I've had many one on one conversations that you never saw that I would have with these people, deep conversations."
Dick:  "Even when they talk to you, you don't give anything back."
Kail:  "I'm a good listener.  I'm very loyal."
Dick:  "Why would you want to get into an alliance the second day?" 
Kail:  "I was HOH, everyone came up to me."
Dick:  "Why did you put up those two? You didn't want blood on your hands."

Dick explains he was trying to get to know you with all these "dates" and Kail says she doesn't move that fast. Dick tells her "these aren't real dates" it was just talking to get to know each other. Kail starts stumbling on her words. Kail defends her inability to open up and says she's not the type a person who talks to people for an hour and then be close. Dick wants her to have fun and enjoy herself.

Dick tells Kail he only lied to Zach when he came up to him and said he heard Dick wanted him out. When he asked where he heard it that ended it. It was Joe he heard it from and Dick says, "Joe was full of shit."  We get some FotH and when we come back, Dick is in the BY and Kail is in the kitchen.

1:50 AM: Feeds and on and off FotH. We come back to Kail talking to Mike about the conversation with Dick. She tells Mike the hurtful stuff Dick said. She goes on that Dick told her ‘The house hates you and wants you out.’ Says that Dick said the producers are sorry they ever put her on the show.
Kail:  “He's adamant that everyone hates me.”

2:20AM BBT: Daniele and Nick in the HoH room waiting for Dick. Nick says this will be a fun, no stress kind of week. Daniele says she's so stuffed; she's going to throw up. Daniele says everyone wants Kail out this week, and she personally feels Jen is her biggest threat, and she needs to leave next week, after Kail. Now, they're talking about the pictures on the HoH room wall. Daniele talks about her brother and his life. 

Nick explains to Daniele he's not going to bring anything up to Kail,  he's just going to let her squirm. Daniele says she is going to act shocked in front of Kail when she comes to her and tells her about Nick and that even though her Dad's HoH, she feels like she's in power because she's so safe.  They wonder where Dick is; they're still waiting for him to come up to the HoH room. T hey suspect he's talking to someone, maybe Amber. Nick wonders if Daniele thinks he is filling her with BS lies. Daniele says, “Well, it is a game.” Feeds switch.

Kail is in the round room with Jen and Mike. Kail tells them everyone wants her gone and says that Dick said Jameka and Jessica want her gone. She tells Jen and Mike to go with the majority to vote her out if that's how the house is voting.

2:30AM BBT:  Nick and Daniele are still waiting for Dick.   They check the remote to see where Dick is and Daniele says that Eric is "freaking funny."  Nick is wondering why people don't go to bed. She tells him it's the late night crew that stay up till 5am. Nick asks if she's not a part of it and tells him she has been.  Daniele is disappointed that the room doesn't change like it did for the All-Stars season.

Meanwhile… Everyone is in the BY talking.  Eric is talking to Dick and Jess about how Joe threw them under the bus. Dick says he tried to flip it for Zach for the girls and his creepiness.  Joe was the one to let him no. Dick telling them the Mrs. Robinson alliance is shattered.  Dick says they have to be careful not to bond with them.  [Eric is really pushing for Jen to be nominated.]

They discuss putting up Nick as a pawn but again Eric wants Jen with Kail.  Dick says maybe Kail and Mike.  Eric again brings up Jen.

Jameka wonders why Kail  put herself out there and why her alliance didn't tell her why they weren’t voting her way.  Jameka says she didn't like the pestering stuff Joe did.   Eric wonders why Nick is playing both sides and says the three guys were the first to form.  Jameka says Nick's feelings got caught up in Daniele and that changed the game 100%.

4:00AM BBT: Daniele and Dick are in HoH. Dick finds out that Daniele knew for almost a week about Nick's original alliance.  Dick:  “Nick really wants to talk to me, do you know what about?”
Daniele: “I promise you 100% that Nick was never going to vote against you.”
Dick::   “Joe said to Jessica on the way out, ‘Don’t trust Nick, whatever you do.’  I don't know how things are between you and Nick but don't be the Erika from last year.  You have a good life at home.”
Daniele: “I know. We're just friends.”

Dick-at-Nite  continues with a pajama party.   Tidbits from the conversations… Daniele asks what else Kail told him. He says she feels completely betrayed by her alliance and that she voted for Dick to leave because she was being true to that alliance.  Dick is going to hide the remote viewer control whenever he's not in the HoH room.

Another criticism of Jen arises over her coochie shots at the hot tub earlier this evening, and it continues over the unitard and bizarre behavior and conversations she had after first meeting Eric.  Suddenly he wonders aloud if she has been in the HoH giving blow jobs all week in order to secure her position. The girls register their disgust at Eric's suggesting such a thing.

Daniele says she comforted Kail when Dick won the HoH.  "You have to be strong.  Don't let people see you being weak or scared or they'll use it against you."  Eric says his last words to her were, "Besides, what are the chances of Dick's winning HoH?"

This group is amazed at "how badly those other people have been at playing the game so far. Were other years ever this bad?"

Jameka returns after leaving to change her clothes. She comments on being sandwiched between the two girls - the opposite of an  Jessica puts her own twist on the cookie parallel -- says Jameka is like the meat in a taco. 

5:25AM BBT: Eric and Dick move downstairs and onto the bathroom couch. Eric uses a lot of nasty words on the two girls he wants out – Kail and Jen.  They discuss how Joe threw everybody under the bus when he went to Zach.  Dick mentions that he said to Jameka, "Why do you think he sat and talked bible with you for two hours?"

5:40AM BBT: Dustin walks in to use the BR and that stirs Dick and Eric to go to bed.  They walk out together but Dick walks back in to tell Dustin that he really appreciates where their relationship has gone in the past few days. Dustin goes to the picture wall while Dick uses BR. When he returns they gesture to the pictures and number the order for the top three evictions.

Dick says he loves the fact that he's going to be sleeping with the enemy every night (in the round bedroom). Dustin returns to bed, Dick on the LR couch and then on into his BR. Jen and Kail in one bed. He'll be in with Mike, as usual.

[What, no last cigarette? He must be running low…] One of the girls (Jen?) mumbles in her sleep as she turns over. Dick snickers. And so ends Night one of the Dick reign.

6:00AM BBT:   They're all and at 7:20AM BBT:  They are still ... No wait.  Kail is up for a potty break.  8:25AM BBT:  All still sleeping.  8:55AM BBT:  They're emerging.  Kail, Dustin, Nick and Zach are up.  By 9am, Jen, Daniele and Amber are awake.

9:15AM BBT:  Kail is trying to bond with Dustin,  still talking about her alliance and how they all betrayed her.   Daniele is at the round table and Dustin now reviewing HoH questions, wishing he had won HoH, Kail sitting quietly at counter still.  Mike, Nick and Zach are all in bathroom doing ADLs.  9:30AM BBT:  Mike and Kail are in the SR.  Kail says she found out about Zach going on day two to make a two person alliance.  You don't do that when you are in a four person alliance.  She hopes to go up against Zach.   Back to kitchen and idle talk with Daniele.  

Kail asked Daniele about the letter from Daniele's grandmother and her seeing her on TV:
Daniele:  "Just the first episode with him walking down, and me getting emotional."
Kail:  "Your dad says she is an ordained minister, what denomination?"
Daniele:  "Pentecostal.  They are rebuilding it, it's ridiculously huge where we went, three services on TV.   She went to Bible college there to get certified as an ordained minister,  she's taken a few classes where she goes now.   Just to have it,  she speaks at the small church where she goes now."  
Zach joins them at the table while Nick is working out,  Mike at bathroom sink,  and Dustin in the shower with water running LOUD!


9:35AM BBT:  Kail and Mike are alone in kitchen and Kail is amazed again that Zach sold out their alliance.
Kail:  "Did you hear Jen telling me last night that Zach told her about our alliance? She said she knew about us, and I asked how because I didn't tell her, and she said Zach said he was in an alliance with us,  and she figured out Nick." 
Mike:  "Interesting."    Mike leaves and Kail does dishes while Nick is seen in small bedroom sitting/staring/half sleeping, no conversation going on.

9:40AM BBT:  Nick moves to big bedroom, calls Amber's name to get her attention, they are both laying face down on beds, neither one awake enough to hold a conversation yet.

9:45AM BBT:  Dustin asks Kail what her plan is.
Kail:  "Well, first is PoV."
Dustin:  "He may put up someone who isn't in your alliance-- Or your alliance and set it up for next week."
Kail:  "Is there anyone I can win against besides Zach?  But no one likes him so he may stay?"
Dustin:  "No one likes him so he'll go."
Kail:  "He may put me up against a pawn,  but the pawn always goes...  because I have no one."
Dustin: "But you are the only alliance."
Kail:  "But people think there are non-verbal alliances going on,  no hand shake, but...  people know who has peoples back...  I don't have to tell Jen I have her back."
Dustin: "Do you call that an alliance, or just if she's on the block you wouldn't vote her out?"
Kail: "You would always protect Amber...  you'd always take her off the block."
Dustin: "I wouldn't always if I won PoV"
Kail:  "Ours was an alliance to the final four.  It's going to depend on who I'm up against... what if it's Jen?"
Dustin:  "I think it would be campaigning against both of you--  Would be back since she is your friend."
Kail: "She's done more for me than Zach or Nick."
Dustin: "Think who would go home, you or Jen?  You both have good odds of staying, you know?  Because she has made herself to be a target, by the way things have gone down,  you are both at a 50:50 point,  depending on how you worked things."
Kail:  "And if it was Zach? or Mike?"
Dustin:   "Zach, same thing..  Mike hasn't really talked game to anyone,  he'd have to work harder than you,  OK Mike, week three who are you, where do you stand?  I think you would go because you've done so much talking."
Kail:  "Regardless,  it sounds like I go no matter who I'm against."
Dustin:  "No, you have a lot of work ahead of you."

9:55AM BBT,  Nick and Daniele's First Fight:

Daniele gets Nick and they go to the SR:
Daniele: "I can't ask you a question? and you are flipping out... I can't do that?"
Nick: "Do you believe me?  Don't ask me anymore questions."
Daniele: "Ever?   All I did was ask you one question."
Nick: "Do you want me to sit in the corner and not talk?"
Daniele: "What's wrong with you?  It was just one question... I don't understand you."
Nick: "I'll just sit in the corner and have your Dad put me on the block.  I'll get the votes and go home."
Daniele: "Seriously,  what's wrong with you?"
Nick: "I've said I trust him."
Daniele: "I'm baffled, I asked you one question.  I apologize.
[Long Silence]
Nick: "It's just hard for me,  I wake up and I can't wait to see you smiling,  I can't wait to hang out with you I swear on my whole family,  you can trust me."
Daniele: "It's not ok though."
[Long Silence]
Daniele: "What are you thinking?"
Nick: "Nothing,  I'm probably going to be lackadaisical."
Daniele: "So I can't ask you questions?  All I said was what did you tell  Zach in the weight room?"
Nick: "It was the way you said it.  You don't have to apologize."
Daniele: "I already did... oh my God..."
[Long Silence]
Nick:  "Talk about who trusts who more now..."
Daniele: "If it was fine, you could have just answered it, but now you are upset."
Dick  enters and drops off the trash...  tells Nick we can talk soon...
Nick: "So you just wanted to see where my head's at?  Things that I'm doing?
Daniele: "What's wrong with that?  I don't get you."
Nick: "I don't get you either,  that is what makes this so magical."
[Silence]
Nick: "I think it's the best thing, now this is out there.  No huge talking,   you know?"
[Silence] 
Nick:  "I'd like some sort of answer."
Daniele: "If I ask you a question,  I don't want you to flip out."
Nick: "I'm gonna go then."
Daniele: "I just don't understand,  I don't get you,  I ask you one question, and you flip out..."
Nick: "I haven't flipped out,  you'll see that if Mike or Kail get in my face.  OK?  [He's smiling at her now.] "Can't handshake on it,  cause you know I'll break that in a minute...  [He puts his hands out for a hug. She stands with her arms folded.]   "Pinky swear? I'll pinky swear on my life." [He holds his pinky out, she punches his abs, then mockingly spits on his pinky.  She finally takes his pinky with hers,  but he needs them to kiss their own hand during the pinky swear to make it official.  She refuses,  punching his chin instead.  He gets off the counter and finally they go into a real hug, lasting 25 seconds.]  "Are you going to be nice to me now?"
Daniele: "Whatever--"
Nick: "Whatever you."
Daniele :  "You better be nice or I will kill you in your sleep. I will sick Zach on you,"
Nick:  "That f-ing guy follows me everywhere."

10:20AM BBT,  Dad Makes Sure:   Daniele and Dick are in the HoH room.  Daniele:  "I don't know what it is,  but that's fine...  If everyone wants to think I'm the stupid blonde, that's fine."
Dick:  "No one wants  you to be at the end of the season seeing Nick in the DR being played like last season."
Daniele:  "His thing is that he flips out if he doesn't think I trust him 100%."
Dick:  "I don't think we need to whisper in here."
Daniele:  "He said he has a perfect life at home..."
Dick:  "He said the same to me,  he's just here to throw a monkey wrench...  No one comes in just to have fun..  That's Jen's story too,  I don't need the money,  I'm just here to have fun and meet people.  I'm like then get out of here.  Something's going on...   If we get rid of Jen...  and I want to get rid of Kail this week-- And Jen has to go after that... if there is any scheme going on with her and Nick...  the whole thing with the three guys,  Mike, Nick and Zach,  they were the most likely to get together and they did with Kail...   Eric was like,  second day here,  they are scrambling to set me up to try to manipulate me,  like I did, to put up Zach.  I'm putting Kail/Jen up...  Eric was saying should you put up Zach?"

10:50AM BBT:  Nick and Daniele must be all better they are laying on the big bed on feeds three and four.

12:45PM BBT:  The food competition is over, it was not shown on the live feeds.  The HGs played for different food items.  Everyone is pretty upbeat,  so it sounds like they did pretty good.

1:15PM BBT:  Dick and Nick in HoH talking about Kail, and subject changes to Nick saying he's not playing Daniele.  Nick says, "I just want you to know,  I promise you,  I'm not playing your daughter."  Dick:  "I know you're not dude,  cause if you were when I got out of this house I'd come after you-- I'd hunt you down."   Nick says,  "And I'd deserve it."  Nick says he swears on his family's life that he isn't messing with Dick's daughter.  He swears man-to-man that he is "in like" with Dick's daughter.  He said "love" is too strong of a word.  Dick said the house isn't real and things might be different outside the house.  Nick agrees.   See the Video

The others are downstairs changing, showering, etc..   Nick tells Dick his story about how he doesn't need the money,  he's here to throw a monkey wrench in the works,  and he told Daniele he would Voluntarily Exit if that's what it took for her to trust him.  Nick and Dick talk heart-to-heart talking about how Daniele has probably lost her boyfriend at home.  Dick and Daniele talk about the nominations:  See the Video

1:30PM BBT  Next up in the HoH:  Dustin...   Dustin, asks what is going on.   Dick said he is putting up Jen and Kail.  He will decide later who to put up in case PoV is used.   Dick really wants Kail gone.   Dustin said Dick saves face by putting them both up.  They say that by putting both of them up,  they'll  have to turn against each other.   Dustin said he and Amber can't get any time alone because either Kail or Zach is following them around.  Zach is afraid he is being put up.  Dick is going to put Zach's key in last slot  to make him sweat.  He is also going to go up to Zach and say he knows what happened, then walk away.

Dustin assures Dick he is not in a secret alliance with anyone. He said Joe started that rumor.

Kail outed everyone, then Jen outed everyone.  Dick suspects something else is going on. He said no one rolls over like that unless they have a back up plan.  Both are campaigning already in the house. Kail approached Dustin, trying to see who else is going up against her. Dick wants to split up Kail and Jen, and turn them against each other. Dick doesn't want Dustin to say anything to them...so they find out at nominations.

2:00PM BBT:  Zach is in the HoH with Dick.  Zach says he just wanted listen to the Ramones CD,  but after getting in the room,  he say's,  "So tell me what I want to hear."  And Dick pretty much tells him everything he's thinking.   "Kail outed everyone."   Dick tells  Zach.  Zach tells Dick he'll tell him everything he knows,  from his perspective.   Zach said he told Jen to put up Dick with Daniele if she wanted Daniele out. Dick was a 100% vote to save Daniele.  Dick said it is only one vote, same as everyone else.   Zach said he takes credit for Dick going up.  He preferred Joe,  but if she wanted Daniele gone,   Dick needed to go.   Zach then said he always had Dick's back.   Dick asked how when he said to put him up.   Zach said he always was going to vote to keep Dick,  and that Dick was just a pawn.   Dick disagreed.   Zach keeps telling Dick to listen, he doesn't want to say the wrong thing.  He thinks again before saying.  Dick says everyone has to go sometime, if he is to be the last one.

Dick said they couldn't swing the vote to take Dick out (per Kail) so they voted with the house.  Dick asked about Nick making a signal.  Nick cornered by Kail and Jen,  because Zach said he and Nick were voting to keep Dick.   Kail freaked out and spilled everything.   Jen spilled it all the night before.   Zach said that is because Kail spilled to Jen the night before.

Dick said the only lie he has told since day one was to Zach, because he told Zach that he wasn't trying to get Zach put up,  and he was.   He said he knew Zach was playing him.   Zach said he always had Dick's back,  Dick asked "How? When you had me put up on the block?"   Zach is sucking up big time!  Dick complaining about Kail sneaking around when Dick has been up front with everyone.  Dick said he didn't have an alliance with her or a deal, he just said he just "owed her one."  Audio Clip [13 minutes]

The house is a buzz with whispers and gossip.

2:40PM BBT:  Lots more talk between Zach and Dick but it's all stuff they've said before. Read More  Audio Clip [20 minutes] FotH until 2:50PM.   Zach said he leaves him with this info:  He said he knew that if Dick and Daniele were up together,  that Dick is safe.   Dick asked how could he ever trust Zach again.   Zach said he stayed true to keeping Dick in the house.   Dick said he didn't stay with his alliance, and they left Kail out to dry.   Zach said he has stayed true. Dick said he approached Kail in sight of everyone else,  because he hates people whispering  behind people's back.   Zach said he always had an agreement with Dick and was sticking with that (earlier he said if all three others Kail,  Nick, and Mike were going to vote out Dick, he would).

Zach said if he won HoH he was going to put up floaters, Jessica and Eric.   Mike were upset and said the alliance might not make it unless Zach put up Dick.  Dick said he didn't know where Zach stood when Dick found out about the alliance.  See the Video  |  See Part Two  |  Part Three  |  Part Four

3:15PM BBT:  The  food challenge was a messy one and cleaning up afterwards seems to be taking a long time.  Dick's jonesing for a cigarette.   In the gym,  Dick scolds Amber for jumping up and down when he won HoH.  Tells her everything in the house is about perception.   Dick says that now Zach thinks Dick is in a secret alliance with Amber and Dustin.  Amber says,  in an upset manner "That's ridiculous!"  Dick tells her to stop doing that,  Amber says she won't stop talking to him just to avoid other HGs thinking stuff.

Dick takes Amber aside and tells her: "Don't fuck up my game."  He tells her if he tells her something he's telling her for a reason and she's making him regret talking to her.  Amber thinks it's ridiculous that she has to be careful when she mingles.

Amber goes to gym room and tells Dustin what Dick said to her.  Dustin is as shocked as Amber. Amber says  Dick's ego is out of control. Amber goes to Daniele and tells her about Dick going off on her and she repeats how "ridiculous" the Dustin, Amber, Dick alliance story is and blames Zach for it and says it's a lie.  Daniele says she knows the "other side" will put her and her father up again if/when they get HoH.  More Here

4:20PM BBT,  Next up at Bat,  Mike:  Dick and Mike are having a heart to heart in the dining room.  Dick says either you or Kail are going home this week but one of you will be staying and you may get HoH the following week.  Next week will be a new week.  Dick says he's just being up front with Mike and that he is not a liar,  he is not a bullshitter, and he hasn't backstabbed anyone.

Dick, Amber, and Daniele are in the bathroom whispering.   Dustin says that he has been telling Kail that she needs to be a strong woman and confront Zach.  He told her to do this in case she stays this week so Zach will be mad at her and go after her if he should win HoH next week.

Major HG train heads up to the HoH. Dick,  Daniele,  Amber,  Dustin,  Jameka.   Daniele quiet-whispers something to Dick.  They are all stuffing their faces with Dick's food.  Mike comes in to listen to Dick's music.

Jen and Kail are in the sultan's room.   Jen says she doesn't know how she is staying safe thru all this.   They talk about Will and Boogie.  Jen says a lot of her shirts had the names of Mike Boogie's restaurants on them.   Jen wants to know if they [CBS]  will type her blog exactly as she wrote it. Kail doesn't know.  Jen gets called to DR.

Kail walks back to the bathroom and runs into Dick.  She says she's had a hard day.  They hug and Dick tells her he's had a few of those but you never know what is going to happen.  Dick tells her he heard that Kail was going to nominate Dick and Daniele again if she stays.  Kail says she would never nominate Daniele  and she really wants Dick to know that she would never nominate Daniele.   Dick says quite a few people told him she would.   Kail wants to know who told him but he says it doesn't matter who.   Kail says well you can believe what you want but I would never do that to Daniele.

4:40PM BBT:  Dick, Kail, Jen in Kitchen:
Kail: "I never told anyone before I made my nominations."
Dick::  "You didn’t know anyone before your  made nominations."
Kail: "Either way, I never told anyone."
Dick:  "I see nothing wrong with telling you that you are going to be nominated. Jen too"
Kail:  "I’ve made my peace with being nominated. "
Jen: "The consensus of the house is that I am not going to be nominated, which I think is dumb."
Kail: "I don’t want you or Daniele to think I had anything to do with Nick."
Dick::  "You can come up to see me,  my door is open,  for now.  just stay out of my cookies bitch."

5:10PM BBT:  The SR is open and stocked with all the stuff they won in the food competition. 

5:35PM BBT:  The indoor LD is over,  and now they're on outdoor LD.   The BBQ grill they won is on the patio.  Just as Dick lights his cigarette,  he's called to the DR,  he makes them wait until he's done.  After Dick goes in the DR, we get FotH.

6:30PM BBT:  Long ass FotH,  must be nomination time. 
7:15PM BBT:  Feeds are back.  Dick goes outside for a smoke and checks out the new BBQ grill.  Mike's outside with him and he him asks him if he thought his nomination speech was mean,  "Because I told them I wouldn't be mean,  I didn't want to be nasty."  Mike tells him he thought it was fine,  short and to the point.   They confirm that Kail and Jen are the nominees. 

Jen,  Kail,  Jameka, Eric and Amber join the patio crew where they're counting lobsters and find that with Eric not eating,  they have two extra lobsters.  Because it's Jameka's birthday,  she'll get an extra lobster,  and Dick will get the other one.  Unfortunately,  they didn't win any butter.  Dick, once again,  recounts the story of Kail's alliance and where she went wrong.   This is about the fourth or fifth performance of this show today,  and the audience is showing signs of boredom,  if not annoyance. 

Zach tells Jameka about the noise live lobsters make when they're dropped in the boiling water.  Jen tells about the noises from live lobsters in a box while she drove them home from the store.  Dustin tells a story about going to dinner with Joe where he picked a live lobster from the tank,  but when it came time to point  out  the lobster  to the waiter,  Joe cried and said he had developed an emotional bond with the lobster and could not eat it.   Mike says that he has trouble eating things that he's seen alive.  As a teenager he did go deer hunting and didn't have a problem dressing the deer after he shot it. 

8:15PM BBT:  In addition to the lobsters,  the HGs won sweet breads,  although it stunk up the house cooking them,  Jen and Jessica didn't think it tasted  bad at all.

9:00PM BBT A Serious Talk:   Dick say's how tough it is not being able to smoke during indoor LD.  Zach says he wouldn't know,  his only addiction has been emotional.  His girlfriend broke up with him a few months ago and the wounds have not healed.  Zach says that he's sure Dick understands the pain of  breaking up with someone you love.  Dick says that divorce and death are very similar emotions.  Dick goes on to tell about his father's fight with Alzheimer's disease and his eventual death. 

In the kitchen,  the conversation is a lot more lighthearted.  Eric and Jameka are telling the others about some of the paternity test episodes of Maury Povich  and a show on Oxygen where they look at police cases of women who have killed or abused their husbands.  A good time was had by all.

Nick, Jen, Jameka, Jess, Amber, Mike at the dining table talking about marriage and how long they would stay locked up in their honeymoon hotel room making whoopie before venturing out.  Lots of sex talk.  Nick would not abstain from sex with his fiancé for 6 months prior to marriage and says it would be a turnoff to have sex with his wife if she was preggers.  Jameka asks if they would give their wife's breast milk a try. All but Eric say yes. Eric says sorry but he is lactose intolerant...  

Kail goes to bed in the sultan's room. Dick comes out of the HoH and goes and asks her if she's OK.   She says yeah but it is hard.  Dick says his whole objective was not to make her miserable.  Kail says yeah she has been trying since season five.  Dick says saying that is a mistake.  Kail says she is now scared to say anything.  Dick starts talking about how he doesn't want Daniele to get hurt by Nick and be played like another Erika from BB7.  He tells Kail she has made a lot of mistakes.  Kail says she just wanted it so bad and she tried so hard.  Dick interrupts and starts telling her about seasons past and how one of them is gone this week and he guarantees one of them will be gone next week.  Dick says you have no privacy in the house and that he was faking sleep the other night and listened to everything her and Amber talked about.  Dick says Joe was a manipulator and how they ran around the house before the vote.  Dick rehashes  [for the zillionth time today]  the Zach and Joe stories.   Dick rehashes the whole of events that led up to him not being evicted and everything Kail did wrong.   You can find a more of their conversation here.   The conversation goes on for some time (an hour) and covers Jen/Zach/Nick and Daniele.

10:55PM BBT:  Jen goes to see Kail in the sultan's room and asks what's going on. Kail tells Jen she is just resting up for tomorrow.  Jen wants to know what Dick was talking about. Kail explains,   “He had a nice conversation with me. I'm definitely his target.”
Jen: “I guess that's better for you.”
Kail: “You have a spin on everything.  How will the house go against the HoH?  Daniele won't go against what her dad wants.”
Jen:  “She wants you to stay.”
Kail:  “No she doesn't. She won't go against her dad and I won't ask her to do that.”

They discuss the Veto Competition and Dick as HoH.
Kail:  “The point is honoring the HoHs request, don't you think?”
Jen:  “No, they didn't honor mine.”
Kail:  “You don't think these people think Evil is God around here?”
Jen:  “No, that's ridiculous.  I wish he was gone,  I can't believe he is still here.” 
Kail:  “So houseguest's choice,  who would you pick?”
Jen:  “I'm thinking Zach.”

Kail says no to picking Zach and she tells Jen she would rather have someone who will either throw the competition or is bad at it, “Like Jessica.”  Kail also says she wouldn’t pick Mike because he wouldn’t use it on Kail and she can’t win against him.  Jen says, “Daniele would leave it the same,  but she won two in a row already.”  Kail replies,  “I need to beat someone and I do not want Daniele.  We could win against, Eric, he's scatterbrained.”  Jen disagrees and says,  “He's smart.”  Kail says,  “But he could freak out easily."

Mike comes in and he promises if he plays and wins he would use it on Kail. They all feel if Zach is the replacement against Jen then Zach would go home. Mike wants to play and win PoV to repay Kail for her loyalty to him. They continue to assume that Zach would be the replacement.

Jen lets them know that she will play to win for herself and remove herself from nomination,  but if it’s her and Mike as the last two then Jen will throw the competition to Mike so Kail can come off the block.  Mike feels both women deserve to be safe and that he would offer himself if it would help them both.  Jen doesn't want Mike to be available for replacement because she feels that Mike could get more votes on his side than her.  All three of them are forming a new alliance,  trying to think of ways that all three can remain in the house.  They agree that for HG's choice either woman would pick Mike and they have to let Mike win the PoV to take Kail off the block.  They move on to counting votes vs Zach. They feel anyone in the house would stay and Zach would be evicted.  (In and out with the FoTH)

11:35PM BBT:  Mike is dogging Dick because he feels Dick is on a big power trip and trying to boss everyone around.  Mike is not getting worked up by Dick's threats and he says Dick doesn't know everything that is going on in the house.

Kail talks about how Dick admitted to a lie during his nomination speech.  Jen says that was smart because it looks like he is being more honest with his admission though she knows there are other lies he has told.   Jen leaves, says she is going to rest up for tomorrow's competition.  Mike apologizes again if Kail felt betrayed by  "the Joe vote."

Kail tells Mike that she is telling Dick that she is alone in the house and that she doesn't know if she and Mike are still in an alliance.  She restates her loyalty to Mike and that she didn't feel betrayed but may have told Dick that she was to throw him off.

Kail says she doesn't want Jen to win PoV.  Mike says Jen feels safe as nominations are now and won't work as hard as Kail for it because Kail needs it more.  Kail makes up excuses that she wasn't able to talk to Mike before the vote and Mike is trying to justify telling Kail to vote out Dick because people will think she will be more trusted and loyal down the road. Mike tells her about Dick calling him out.  Mike also tells Kail that he told him about Jen spilling the beans regarding the alliance and told him he threw Kail under the bus with his vote.
