A legal moment:  It's interesting to consider that if Natalie defrauded someone of a $5000 TV outside of the BB house,  you could haul her into court.   She for instance, she took the TV in exchange for a service,  like painting your house,  and then didn't paint it.   As long as the service was legal to perform,  the verbal contract would be binding and enforceable by law.   But what about within BB?  Does their contract as performers on this show negate those rights?  Could this case be fought in court after the show?  Could you sue for damages above the cost of the TV,  because the failure to fulfill the contract  may have prevented you from winning $500K?   I don't know the answer to these questions,  but I do think CBS could make a good  Christmas special out of the court case.  [And yes, I'm aware others have broken promises too.]

9:20AM BBT:  Still sleeping.
10:05AM BBT: FotH wake-up call.  Natalie gets up and microwaves her heating pad.  She tries to get in the HoH, but Kevin doesn't answer so she sacks out on the balcony sofas. 
10:30AM BBT:  Lights are all on, everyone's back in bed.  Kevin comes out of the HoH room, Natalie goes in (couldn't hear the brief exchange of words).
10:40AM BBT:  HoH room LD  Kevin and Natalie in HoH bed,  Michele wrapped in blankets on floor by the door,  Jordan wrapped in blankets on the round chair,  Jeff playing cards.
11:24AM BBT:  Jeff and Jordan want to lay together (they're still on LD in the HoH).  They each tell the other to come up/down with them.  Jeff wins and Jordan moves to the floor to cuddle.
11:55AM BBT: LD is over.
Noon:  Jeff's cooking again Kevin's vacuuming, and Natalie's sleeping.
1:50PM BBT:  Nothing's really going on.  Jeff and Jordan are solemn.  Michele is her usual nervous, cheerful self.  Kevin and Natalie are still find stuff to whisper about.  The house has been straightened up a bit,  but nowhere near the standard of 'camera ready' that they used to do. 
2:08PM BBT: Jordan asking Jeff where he goes on Friday nights. Says he goes to Tony's.  His friend's brother owns it.  Get brief FotH.  Back and Jeff says he has a zit on his nose. He's popping it-- If you have the live feeds, you can Flashback to any point in the BB11 season, even their grooming rituals,  it'll make you feel like Jane Goodall. Watch Big Brother on SuperPass!  
2:15PM BBT:  FotH
3:26PM BBT: Kevin laying down on bathroom bed looking thoughtful, Jeff in kitchen playing cards, Michele eating,  Natalie is actually showering {I thought for sure we'd be hearing, "I'm melting, melting...Ohhhhh, what a world, what a world."  -Morty]  . No one is talking.

3:40PM BBT: Jeff just told Jordan to stick with Michele and to expect the others to say things about her, but not to listen.  That Natalie is acting exactly like she did when Jessie was around, arrogant no respect etc..  Now talk moves on to how weird it's going to be for both of them to be apart, but at least it's only two weeks.  Jordan tells Jeff that if she gets the opportunity to take someone in jury house on a trip she'll rescue him.  Jeff says to do what will help her in the game.

4:28PM BBT: Jordan and Kevin helping Natalie get ready. She is wearing this yellow and green top that looks like the uniform top from a diary farm or something. It's baggy to hid her heating pad underneath. Jordan straightening her hair for her. Jeff playing solitaire by himself at the kitchen counter.

4:39PM BBT: Jordan telling Jeff that she told the others to vote for him.  They are grabbing their bags and getting ready.  Jordan saying that speeches might change everything. Jeff says "If I forget something, just grab it for me." Jordan, "I will."  She's gone to pee because she gets nervous before the live shows.  Jeff back at his game, Kevin and Natalie in bathroom working on her hair still.
Michele looking for TUMS and Kevin tells her that Casey took them with him - he used to chomp them down.  Michele brushing teeth.

4:44PM BBT: Jeff and Jordan in the kitchen.  Jeff says she's in every room but the one he's in.  She tells him to stop it.
Kevin and Natalie saying something like "Sorry Jordan. " and they giggle.  Kevin looks at his shirt "What was I thinking when I bought this"

Tonight's Exciting Live Show:    The Big Brother House brought Jeff and Jordan together,  but tonight it will tear them apart.  From the DR, Jordan says she never expected to be on the block with Jeff.  From the DR, Natalie says that sending Jeff to the Jury house is her gift to Jessie.  [But Kevin did it, didn't he?]  Jeff wishes Jordan good luck,  and tells her that her and Michele have a good chance of making it to final two.    Jeff's still campaigning to get Natalie's vote so he can stay.  Kevin's nervous,  because he knows she's a snake.  From the DR Natalie says she doesn't trust Jeff, and if he wants her vote,  he'll have to offer her a sweeter deal.  Jeff offers to lay down and give her HoH in return for her vote.  Michele has a PhD,  but is she playing her smartest game?  Michele's husband weighs in next.  Tim is Michele's husband.  On their first date, Michele brought two friends, and a book she had to study for an up-coming exam.  Tim says that Michele really does have a bad memory,  she's not faking it in the house.  Seeing Russell come after her bothered him, that he couldn't comfort her.   Tim thinks Michele has what it takes to win. Julie confronts Natalie on her greed that left Kevin handcuffed in Pandora's box.  Natalie said she did it so that the other HGs wouldn't know about the clue,  that there's a key. Meanwhile, back at the jury house...   Lydia and Jessie have been alone until Russell joins them.  We see that now Lydia has black hair,  and Jessie's happy with Lydia,  who admits that her crush on him may have grown.  Jessie's hoping it's Jeff.  Russell finds out that Natalie's 24,  and Lydia's not OK with being lied to. They watched the DVD of Jeff winning HoH and PoV.  They were really disappointed that he's done so well, but admit that they'd vote for Jeff to get the prize,  because he's made some winning moves.  Julie talks to the HGs and asks Kevin about being locked in Pandora's Box,  Kevin answers,  "Normally I would enjoy being handcuffed and bent over a box, but...."   Julie laughs and reminds him the show's on in the "family hour." Jeff uses his final remarks to once again sell his pitch to Natalie,  but it does no good, Natalie voted to evict Jeff, and Michele voted to evict Jordan, the vote is tied.  Kevin broke the tie, and Jeff was evicted. The power is up for grabs. ..  The HoH game is "Fact or Fiction"  Julie makes a statement,  if they feel it's fact, they step back, if they think it's fiction they take forward. After several questions there was a three-way tie at 4-4-4.  A tie-breaker question  The question was, 'How many cans were in all 5 players' tubes by the end of the last HoH competition?"   Michele said 65, Jordan said 24,  Natalie had 75.  The correct answer was 95.   Natalie won HoH.  Natalie immediately started screaming "Chima! Chima! Vindication!  This is for you!" after she won, and that she did it all by keeping her word.  Julie sends an ominous message :  Natalie will have the chore of tending Pandora's box.  And this time, what lies behind the door could change the game.  A more complete re-cap of tonight's show will be posted HERE on the CBS.com web site on 9-4-09

6:12PM BBT: Jordan called to DR
Natalie is carrying on about Kevin being able to see her boyfriend now.  She pours him a lemonade.  They go through the questions: Natalie didn't believe the "Jessie and Lydia aren't talking" thing.  Kevin had no idea he can't say "Mofo" and we get FotH.

6:30PM BBT:  Natalie and Kevin reaffirm their final two deal,  Natalie says he has nothing to worried about. Natalie's laying out some plans for how to proceed this week.  Sounds like Natalie wants Michele out "For Chima."   Natalie's going to play all out to win the PoV,  of course Kevin will too.  Their goal is to evict Michele as they feel Jordan doesn't stand a chance of winning anything,  this they feel guarantees them to be in the final two.  Here's how it works:  If Jordan or Michele win veto, Kevin will be evicted,  if Kevin or Natalie win veto then Michele will be evicted.  

Natalie's  excited because she gets hair conditioner, lotion, all this stuff she's been wanting. She gets a letter, gets to see her Dad and her boyfriend. She asked for Arizona green tea. The big 99 cent cans. She goes to Wal-Mart and drops $40 to buy 40 of them over 2 weeks.  She drinks them all the time.  If she notices them missing the house she leaves a note in the fridge. Her step mother takes them when they are out of stuff and she leaves a note "Don't touch my stuff".

6:40PM BBT:  Natalie credits their success to Jessie who told her not to flip-flop and change her mind.  Make a plan and stick to it.  This is good advice,  had Jeff stuck with his plan,  there's a good chance Natalie and Kevin wouldn't be there.   In ten seasons of covering Big Brother, there have been so many days  where we'd write pages and pages of a plan of action,  only to see it trashed at the end of the day.

6:45PM BBT:  Michele talks to Natalie and Kevin to see what they want for dinner.  Natalie says she'll even help her make dinner (chicken parm), as she wants to learn to cook for her man.  Michele says how quiet the house is,  it feels strange to them.   They are discussing how Jeff should be mad at destiny' Kevin says even if he hadn't put Jeff on the block he'd have to put him up when Michelle won PoV. Natalie says no deals in this house are treaty - did he think there's no going back on a deal? Kevin says if he had approached me at all, if he had given me guarantees and he had a chance to talk to Natalie he would have taken Jeff up on it. Jeff didn't even approach him. Michelle says she told him to talk to Kevin.

6:56PM BBT:  They are discussing it being funny that Casey is selling banana man t-shirts.  Kevin sings the maninabananasuit song.  They say that Chima is no longer a part of the show because she was expelled but her name was on the last POV.  Kevin asks how does "One issue a statement" referring to Chima maybe making a public statement and being allowed to attend the after party.

7:00PM BBT: Jordan out of DR.
Everyone laughing at Kevin saying he doesn't mind being put over a box handcuffed.  The word Kevin was not allowed to say was "MoFo"  He said (referring to the money competition) that everyone was acting like greedy MoFo's.  When he went upstairs to do his HoH bit they told him that "MoFo" is not a word that is allowed.

7:10PM BBT:  All four cameras are on Jordan in the green room with a blanket over her head.  She's lying exactly where she used to lay with Jeff. All the pillows are still bunched up from them laying there earlier.

7:15PM BBT:  Jordan goes to the bathroom and splashes some water in her face before going to the red room to join the other three remaining HGs.  They think that Pandora's box will make a reappearance,  as they didn't seem to finish anything with it.

8:00PM BBT:  It's been FotH almost a half hour.  8:50PM BBT:  Feeds back, the HGs got new clothes.  Kevin and Natalie are in the green room looking at the new clothes they got,  in the pool room, Jordan and Michele are looking at  what they got.  Natalie trying on some new stuff. Said she wanted a dress. She has a vest, a cute little hoodie, a black and white checkered print.  Jordan remarks that they have good taste, "Do you think they have stylists pick this stuff out?"  Michele: '"Oh I'm sure."  Michelle showing off her clothes - some dresses and pants and shirts.  Jordan was going for shirts because that's what she needed. Kevin called to DR

8:58PM BBT:  All the girls trying on their stuff and trading it off if it doesn't fit.  Natalie gave Jordan the black and white dress.  Natalie trying on a cute blouse but it's too big for her. Jordan telling her how to try and make it to fit.  Everything Natalie got is too big on her.  She needs an extra small.  Michele telling her to take the stuff to a tailor to get fixed.

Jordan found two bottles of wine in the SR and says they are for her.

Natalie trying on a white shirt. Michele tells her to use it for a Halloween costume.  It's super frilly and cost $138.00.  Michele calls Jordan in to look at Natalie's "Pirate Clothes"

9:32PM BBT: Jordan has a big glass of wine. Natalie tells her to drink up - she's got a whole other bottle.  They are sitting at the kitchen counter - Natalie in her bikini while the others discuss the HoH game.  Jordan can't believe she put 24 as her total. She feels like a Yo-Yo. Jordan is downing that wine.

They are telling Natalie about how Lydia was always feeling up Jeff.  Lydia jumped up in bed with them one night and felt him up.  Last night Jeff mentioned it and told Jordan that Lydia kept trying to touch his thing.  Jordan nearly falls off a chair (Near miss) and BB zooms in on her wine glass.

9:37PM BBT: Jordan saying that Lydia 'gets around' and that her and Jessie don't even match.  Jessie is so clean cut and Lydia is so not.  Jordan telling them all that they have to clean their dishes.  If they don't these little flies start to buzz around.  Michele saying how in BB DR they asked her about her plan to not wash dishes for a day was going and she said it was fine,  it was only one day.  They both 'hint hint' a Natalie about not doing dishes.

Pizza ready. Natalie says grace as Jordan makes a fist and smacks a fly - almost knocking over her wine bottle.

9:40PM BBT:   Natalie says that she sticks to her word, and she's going to put up Kevin!  She told Michele that's what she was going to do, and she intends to keep her word. She says Kevin's her friend, but this is a game, and she wants everyone to hang out and be friends, and even though she's putting up Kevin, she intends to hang out and be friends with him. If fact, she says, "I'll tell you, I'm putting up Kevin and Jordan."  [I'm not buying it. -Morty]  Then she goes on to say she feels she has a better chance with the jury if it's her against Michele, she has a better chance than with Kevin, who hasn't pissed off anyone.

10:01PM BBT: Jordan getting all tipsy and explaining why Jeff went after Russell.  Jordan telling Michele and Natalie that she wanted to go after Natalie.  Jordan telling Natalie how she thought Jessie was super arrogant.  She is asking them when they first met him,  did they not think he was an asshole?  Natalie said she did but after the first night of talking to him she liked him.  They are clearing the air about the Russell/Jessie stuff.  Jordan says she thinks she'd like Jessie outside of the house.  She'd talk to everyone in the jury house.  Says she thinks it's different in the game than in reality.  Jordan said she didn't like Natalie at first and now she does.  She brings in Michele - says I think Michele was the same didn't like you either.  Michele says " Oh but I knew Natalie way earlier" [damage control - lol]  Jordan saying that she used to think Natalie wouldn't have a boyfriend when she gets home look how wrapped up she is in Jessie.  All of this is Jordan's "honest-to-god-Jeff-will-back-me-up-truth" that Jeff thought Russell would get more into Natalie's head than Kevin would be able to.  Michele went looking for Kevin - couldn't find him came back.

10:13PM BBT: Natalie called to DR.

Michele saying they should all play spin the bottle. Kevin's face is priceless.  She was kidding because Kevin has trailed off in a sentence... tonight we should play. .

Apparently Jordan's boob is the first one Kevin has seen - he asked if Jeff saw them.  She says no.  He says "You two never did nothing?  Not even a peeky peek?"  She says no. And tells how him if he takes her to Hawaii.. Jeff would get mad at her and say "You won't have sex!"  And she says she said she would there.

They are talking about the jean sizes. The pair Jordan picked out were a size 30.  Michele can't get over her $300 Capri pants.  They were a size 26.  Jordan says at the beginning of the luxury competition she was concerned because no one was really communicating.  They are arguing about about communicating with their 'boy' Jordan was with Jeff and Michele was with Russell. Sounds like they had to get clues from a partner to win. Jordan knocked over a rack of clothes, she was trying to rip stuff off the rack.  The competition had something to do with communication skills. Kevin says the goal was to pick the right stuff.  Michele says yeah like Yellow shit - there has to be a pair with yellow.  Some of the outfits had shoes and belts. They had so many seconds to grab stuff on the couch.  Kevin was looking for boy/boy/boy stuff.  The dresses were tied up in knots.

10:22PM BBT:  "Who wants to see my HoH room?"  Everyone goes up to see the HoH room of the next to last HoH of BB11.  They walk in and see her boyfriends picture. Everyone just saying 'awww" and Kevin saying Thank you Big Brother.  There's a picture of her Dad.  FotH on feeds

Natalie got some canned fruit, her slippers, her hair products, Cheddar Jalapeño chips.  She got a Teddy Bear and her blanket.  There's a picture of the girl Natalie graduated high school with and Jordan says the one that got married?  She looks older..  Natalie says no she doesn't Jordan says yes she does.  Natalie asked for corn and got it.  Mr. Noodles bowl, bagel bites. Jordan says I can tell your boyfriend is older.  Michele says you'd think he was a model in that one photo.  Jordan says he's so cute she could squeeze him. Natalie says Jessie would be jealous. There must be a picture of Natalie from her Tae Kwon Do or something because she keeps saying that must be photo shopped -  "I have no idea where that came from."  The CD is Alicia Keys

Excerpts of Letter:  "If you're reading this letter you have won HoH so congrats I want to remind you I love you very much.  The fact that you were chosen means you are special,  make good decisions and not bad ones, don't cheapen yourself for anything.  Winning $5000,000 would be amazing,  but not at any cost.  Your family and all of the boys at my work are watching and the Latino community are watching and cheering you on . I'm sure Anita will be watching if she is allowed to watch. Natalie thinks it's an old letter because they would know if 'Anita' was able to watch by now.  Natalie got her Arizona Ice Tea.  They gave her two Mike's Hard Lemonade as well.  Natalie says they are the two left over from Kevin's stash.

10:38PM BBT:  Kevin asking if they want to do a fashion show with their new clothes and says "Are you in? Cause this is not my idea"

10:40PM BBT:  Kevin offers some advice to Natalie, "As a former HoH, let me give you some advice.  If they give you a Pandora's box,  open it.  But be careful there might be something bad inside."  He tried to tell her something about to box before this,  information he got from the DR,  but every time he got close to telling her,  they'd interrupt him with a warning. 

1:35AM BBT: Kevin and Natalie talking about who won what chess game. Natalie claims she is way ahead. Now they go back to talking about the clothes they got.
Michele then decides it's time to go to sleep, says goodnight to Kevin and Natalie.

Kevin: 'Did the tell the bitch about the deals you told me?"

It seems like both Kevin and Natalie are trying to work Michele and build trust with her. It seems like Kevin and Natalie are trying to get Michele to take them to F3. Kevin tell about the conversation he had with her a couple nights ago about how Natalie is withholding info and her
can't trust Natalie

Natalie now proceeds to tell Kevin about the conversation with Michele she had last night when she claimed she no longer had an alliance with Kevin and needs to get him out.

Kevin says that Natalie should work on Jordan because she is more gullible. They both think Michele isn't falling for the bait.
Kevin talking about more of a conversation with Michele about the both of them trying to get Natalie out. Saying Natalie has been throwing competitions and she is a really strong competitor.

Kevin: "Michele is so gonna take Jordan to the end, and so wants to get rid of you. (Natalie)"
Natalie: "And you."
Kevin: "Well both of us."
Natalie: "You better not screw me Kevin in the end."

Then FotH

1:50AM BBT: Feeds back, Kevin and Natalie still talking about Michele and trying to trick Michele and Jordan into evicting each other.
Natalie claims that in a conversation with Jordan and Michele she told that she is not going throw Kevin under the bus, it's just that point of the game where you have to put up friends.
They see Michele on spy screen in the dining room.
Natalie: "Do you think she is listening to us?" They continue to talk about deals they got to not keep each other around.
Kevin thinking about giving up on trying to persuade Michele, says Natalie had Jordan wrapped around her fingers. Natalie doesn't think that is the case because she doesn't talk a lot of game with Jordan.

2:00AM BBT:  Natalie practices her nomination speech.  She wanted to say, "Michele, I've nominated you because everything that Ronnie said about you is spot on, and you are a liar, and what you did to Chima was despicable. You said you came in here with Christian values, well let me tell you, I'm a Christian and you must have left your values at the door." Kevin suggests that she tone down the Ronnie and Chima parts, but Natalie insists that she leaves in the Christian values part of speech. Natalie goes over what she'll say to Kevin at the ceremony. It was a lot of chess analogies about pawns and queens [don't say it, in her scenario, she's the queen]. Kevin says, "I don't think I'll say anything, I'll just roll my eyes and look betrayed."

Natalie is just spewing venom against Michele saying, "I'm doing this for Ronnie and Chima." 

2:45AM BBT:  The HoH room hatefest continues.  They're talking about how the DR people try to get them to make statements that can be edited to make it look like they're considering offers (like from Jeff).  They as questions like, "What would be the up side of keeping Jeff?"  Natalie says she would never play their [the DR people's]  game because see wanted to be shown "straight up."  But the day they wanted her to record something to make it seem like she was considering Jeff's offer, was the day they gave her the heating pad and she was so grateful she threw them a bone, and told them she'd say anything they wanted.

Earlier I reported that Natalie told Michele and Jordan that she was putting up Jordan and Kevin,  I commented that I wasn't buying it.  I may have heard wrong, as she just told Kevin that she told the bitch [Michele] that she was putting her up.  So there are three possibilities, 1. I heard wrong (I'm old, it happens a lot)  2. Natalie lied to Michele and Jordan,  or 3.  Natalie lied to Kevin. 

3:00AM BBT:  Kevin gets ready for bed in the red room,  Natalie tells him she's going up to her room to play solitaire.
