Big Brother 8 Daily Coverage

There wasn’t really much to cover last night so rather than fill the page with trivial craft discussion... Dick and Daniele talked about ways they could rattle Zach before the PoV competition. After going to bed they both had some trouble sleeping. At 8:42AM BBT: Jameka is up doing ADLs while everyone else is still sleeping.

Dick is back in bed now but here are some samples of his rant earlier...

Today will be a good day for Internet viewers. This is the day I'm gonna call Zach out for being a racist SOB, with direct quotes from Zach. Oh come on! This is gonna be fun! Ya better take notes. Don't wanna ruin a good storyline for the show. Ain't that the truth. (He’s talking to cameras) Well, you better not follow me around at all today, mother fuckers, cuz I'm gonna keep saying it over and over and over... and I mean it.

(Quoting someone) "Dick, you're such a fucking a-hole." Well, yes, I am, and at this point in the game, it doesn't really matter now, does it? Don't do it. I'm gonna tell. Trust me... Right before the PoV today, I'm gonna call Zach a racist MFer and I'm going to have quotes to back it up, no less, to Jameka... It'll be fun... For me.

9:35AM BBT: Jameka is up and started to get breakfast then switched to spraying something up by the fridge...assuming it's ants.

9:55PM BBT: All the HGs up after trivia no one talking to each other yet. No sign of Dick. Zack getting dressed in HOH room, Daniele putting on makeup after shower and Jameka is washing dishes.

10:20AM BBT: Lots of Jedi training in the HoH room with Jameka and Zach. They’re discussing days of all Big Brother events this season. Jameka telling Zach that he won't have to worry if it's elimination competition because he (Zach) is already in the final 3 they will work on eliminating her (Jameka). Zach tells her he will be defending her. Zach is now saying the final four will be known as Good vs. Evil [LOL...ok Amber]. Back to more Jedi training. Both sounding extremely excited nervous and a tad bit stressed.

Jameka and Zack still drilling. They seem nervous. They are trying to figure out what it could be about. They keep asking and giving each one answers, one is always wrong the other corrects. [They are clueless... – eyeluvhowie]

10:55AM BBT: All feeds are on Dick and Daniele sitting at the bar in the kitchen.
Daniele: “Can there be that much to talk about?”
Dick: “They're just beating a dead horse.” (Zach and Jameka are still upstairs together.)
Daniele just cracked her neck and Dick looked at her and said that was major as it was a very loud crack.

Well, Jameka just walked from the living room saying they still won't tell them anything. Zach is called to the DR. [Maybe the very start of the veto competition…] Jameka uses the bathroom.

11:05AM BBT: Jameka's is in the shower and Dick tells her this is it, she either wins it or goes home. He says he knows she has a deal with Zach, and he'll probably keep it the same. He wishes her good luck; she thanks him and says the same to both of them. Dick joins Daniele in the kitchen saying if they can't beat them, they deserve to go home. Daniele says please don't say that. He asks her if she took an Advil, and she said yes.

Dick's now alone in the kitchen, pacing.

Dick is giving Daniele a major pep talk. She's just sitting quietly. He's telling her she's done it before, she did it with Janelle here, and she needs to be overly confident. He keeps pacing in the kitchen. He farted a lot by the front door. He tells Daniele that they chose who is there with them. He tells her they picked both Jameka and Zach to be there with them. He also tells her that out of all 14 people, who he would want on his side the most is her, and he really means it. He says with Nick still there, as well. Daniele says poor Nick. Dick says the other two would pick Daniele, too, to be on their team. Daniele says Carol, too. Dick is practicing that he wants his speech to be.

Zach comes out of the DR and says they'll give a time limit of when it's about to start.

11:30AM BBT: We're still waiting around for the PoV. 11:35AM BBT: BB: "HGs - The veto competition will begin in 90 minutes."

Meanwhile… Zach and Jameka praying together. Everyone is freaking out. [They need to do this competition before they all implode!] Daniele has a sore leg and comments that they're still building; it's going to take forever. [They must be on indoor LD]. Dick doesn't want the competition to be something random like random things falling from the sky where it helps if you're tall. He wants it to be some purposeful where you have to be the best, the fastest, score the most points.

1:00PM BBT: We're still just watching four nervous people waiting. At around 1:10PM, Dick got to use the HoH room CD player to listen to the CD that came in his HoH basket. Watching Dick rock out to his CD was priceless with him playing air-guitar and drums. BB cut the sound but left the video, be sure to check this out: See the video

1:30PM BBT: Dick and I are getting very impatient. He say's, "They're still building shit out there."

Although the new mobile sequester house does not feature a personal chef, it can be moved quickly if fans discover it's location.

No Scenes From the Jury House: While we wait, I'll answer a question a lot of people have asked me. "Where's the footage from the jury house?" Executive Producer Allison Grodner sent out a statement saying their would be no more interviews with evicted HGs, they'll all be available to the press after the finale.

There were several reasons that caused this change. Last year fans were able to figure out where the sequester house was, and it wasn't as secluded as it appeared on TV. People were driving by in their cars and yelling out information. This year, during a post eviction interview, the HG was asked questions that gave away details they were not supposed to have. You'll notice that the last evictees were not even on The Early Show or House Calls.

Then there's the Amber problem. It's possible she's was the cause of the media black-out, because the press is dying to ask her about her anti-Semitic remarks. I think if Amber knew about these stories she'd break sequester, as she has some serious emotional issues that a media blitz would only compound.

We've also heard that Jen keeps threatening to leave and they have to keep schmoozing her back in.

We've heard that HGs did not need to bring a passport this year, so we think they're all in the US. I have even heard one rumor that they're all being kept in separate hotels, each with a handler.

An article at Reality TV World had this to say: "However, although Amber is now off to the show's sequester location, Big Brother viewers shouldn't expect to see much footage of her new jury house adventures. Unlike previous Big Brother seasons, CBS doesn't plans to broadcast regular weekly footage of each evicted houseguest's jury house arrival. "[The producers only] anticipate [broadcasting] one jury house package before the end of the season," a CBS spokesperson told Reality TV World on Friday."

2:15PM BBT: We're still just waiting. The tension is mounting in the BB house.
2:45PM BBT: We have FotH with trivia, we believe the PoV challenge is starting. It's anticipated that this event will last at least one hour, some have taken several hours.
4:10PM BBT: The feeds are back and Dick is very happy, he's showing some pretty bad sportsmanship, but none the less very happy. A Donato won, I don't know which one, not that it matters. Zach's comments aren't real sweet either, "I hope he wins all the money and then kills himself." See the video

When the feeds came back Dick came in yelling at Zach about how America now knows he's a racist. Zach says, "And now America knows you're a sack of shit."

In the round room, Dick: "We won. He's so clueless that he doesn't even have a chance." Then he runs through the names of all the jurors and that he doesn't have their vote."

Dick and Daniele in round room celebrating. Dick keeps saying that they've won, that they've won it all. Dick going over all the people in the jury house that won't vote for Zach. Daniele says he won't get any votes because they won't let him get there. Dick agrees. In the kitchen a few minutes ago, Jameka said she was amidst the winner of BB8. She apologized to her family. 4:20PM BBT: Dick says he missed it by one. Daniele says it doesn't matter, and don't take away from her winning. It seems like the veto was like in past seasons where they had to line things up about past HGs. Dick says Zach only got one right, and it was Kail. Dick continues to scream in happiness. Dick says that one of them has one the money, that one of them have won this game.

Zach in Jameka in the HoH room discussing who should win over Dick and Daniele. Seems like Jameka would vote for Daniele, because she doesn't like Dick's antics.

Dick's now doing sit-ups on the kitchen floor.

Zach admits to making the "That's mighty white of you" remark that Dick is saying is racist "I said it but didn't mean anything by it. It was just a blurb." [I guess BB didn't know what the comment was going to be, because Dick had to promise in the DR that he wouldn't use the "N" word during the competition.]

Dick to Daniele "Imagine that the guy you admire the most in this game loves you."

Daniele: "I said I love you and he said I LOVE YOU.. "

4:30PM BBT: Dick and Daniele all all smiles and giggles. They keep high five-ing. Jameka does not look happy. She thinks Dick's speech will be about he had to do what he had to do for his daughter and that everyone else would have done that too. Daniele tells Dick she might have a chance of winning over him because he's a jerk. Dick says that if they're in the final two, they'll be the best team in this game, even more so, than Mike and Will. Daniele says whatever. Zach says who he thinks he'll get votes from in the jury house. Jameka tells him that he'll have to hear Dick's mouth, and Zach says he'll have to hear it when Jameka leaves, too. Jameka says that it's only Saturday and it's still a long way from Thursday. (Seems they don't know someone is leaving on Tuesday.) Zach says he doesn't like Dick's mouth, and he would vote for Daniele. Jameka says that Dick will not have her vote if he is in the final two. Jameka says that Daniele has rocked in the competitions, and wouldn't want her here, but in the final. She thinks that Daniele has gotten Dick to do her dirty work and that Daniele carried Dick though the game. Zach says that if he chokes in the first HoH competition, he has a second chance. If he fails the second one, it doesn't matter who wins the last one.

Jameka was in the HoH room when BB calls her to the DR. As she passes Dick and Daniele in the kitchen, Dick says to her that he's sorry that all their joy and exuberance is at her expense. [Dick's being nice, I know it reads nasty.] She says if the shoe was on the other foot, she'd be the same. She tells them to enjoy themselves, they worked hard and deserved it. Dick says that he picked her to stay over Jessica because he knew she'd keep her word. See the video

Dick and Daniele are still getting along really well together. Daniele keeps saying, "Noooo, you don't know how I feel." and Dick keeps laughing, "Why do you say that? Of course I know how you feel!."

5:15PM BBT: Jameka is still in the DR. Dick is really laying into Zach. All three of them are in the kitchen, even Daniele isn't being nice to Zach. Zach said if he what his father in the house, they'd be able to kick everyone else's ass. Daniele says to come on, she didn't like that comment. Dick says that they've been the biggest threat since the beginning of the game. Zach says everyone was a threat. Dick tells Zach to borrow Jameka's Bible. Zach says for him only seeing one season of BB and being found four days before being brought to the show, unlike Dick that has been trying for years. Zach tells Dick that he won't be taking him to the final two. Zach says that she has carried him throughout the game, but Dick and Daniele hear him say that he's carried Dick through the game, which they laugh at. Jameka's out of the DR and someone else is called. Read more

Dick, Daniele and Jameka in the kitchen now. Jameka asks if Eric was around Zach when he made the racist comment. Dick says they were playing slop pong, and Eric did something to Zach, and Zach said that was very white of him. Seems like Zach said it was an expression, but Dick said no, that was a racial remark. Dick said he asked Zach if he would say that to Jameka. Dick and Daniele are now telling Jameka what Zach was just saying to them before she came out of the DR. Seems like Zach is in the DR. 5:30PM BBT: Dick and Daniele explaining their alliance with Eric and Jessica... they were saying that neither one of them could sleep that week; that they decided the last day to do it and working out the deal with Jameka because it was strictly strategic.. they wanted to take Jameka to the final three. Dick now telling the deal with Zach, that it was just they keep him in and he doesn't put him up. Jameka saying that Amber was not going to put Dick and Daniele up and Dick said that she never came to us and told us that, Dick said when Zach and Amber were on the block they both went to Jessica and told her to put us on the block by having Eric use the veto. Jameka said she wasn't going to put them up, Dick said she should have come to us to with a deal then, she had a chance, she didn't do or say anything to convince him it was safe to keep her.... both Zach and Amber both swore they didn't throw us under the bus, but they did, Eric and Jessica told us

Jameka saying she did that to stay in another week, not to throw them under the bus, Dick says we kept Zach and not her to split you two up, and Jessica and Eric were in on it too; Dick says you were the replacement nominee, they were not gonna put us up; Daniele says you wouldn't have gone home, Amber was getting close to winning things so we couldn't take a chance we had to get her out of here

Dick says OMG it hasn't sunk in yet, Jameka says what, he says one of us is gonna win the game, Jameka says you'll be rich and laughs..... Dick goes inside and Jameka says interesting.... we shall see what happens (singing) Daniele being quiet.

Jameka says at least I wont have that surprise or that look when they are leaving. Dick back out and Jameka talking about her conversations with Jessica.

Dick asking if Jameka had a deal with Eric and she said hell no, then Eric really must not have known that Jessica was going home. Dick said they knew that had to make a deal with Jameka for it to work... Jameka saying she never really made a deal with Eric/Jessica, just a "you know I got your back, I love you thing" more on her part then theirs.

Dick says they felt like they had no choice, they thought about everything.

6:10PM BBT: Dick now telling Jameka about his deal with Dustin and why he acted so bad that week and how he explained that to everyone why he acted that way... that's why he was so excited when Dustin went up...and then he offered himself up. Dick thinks he got Eric to vote out Dustin, but it was an America's Player move.

6:30PM BBT: For the past 15 minutes or so, Zach has been pleading his case to Jameka. He just asked for her vote, and that he hopes he has it. Dick and Daniele are both in the DR together. Zach and Jameka are outside chatting. Jameka said, when he first came outside, that she's just listening to all the BS and taking it to the jury house. Zach's going over all the different things that have happened in the house and explaining his part in it all. Jameka says that no matter what, E.D. will not get her vote. Read more

7:20PM BBT: Dick has come outside and is smoking. Zach says that he apologizes for going off. Dick says they're both at fault. Dick said that Zach has had help through this game and that when he was nominated (Dick) the plan was for Zach to work with Daniele. Dick says he understands the strategy, but doesn't understand Zach's speech. Zach says he's happy to be playing the game with the best people in the game.

So a truce between Dick and Zach has been called. The two of them, in pretty much agreement with all the facts, fill Jameka in on all the details. Audio Clip [50 minutes]

8:15PM BBT: Daniele's out of the DR and making something in the kitchen. Outside, the three are discussing when Eric and Jessica are going to be on House Calls and on The Early Show and when they should be in the jury house. They've also been talking about Eric and the deals he made. There's one thing all four agree on, Eric was one shady dude. See the Video

Dick and Daniele are now talking at the dining room table, and Jameka and Zach are still outside on the couches talking. Daniele just mentioned that she was instructed before the show to never talk into the cameras. Dick just laughed and said he does it all the time. Dick wants to get into the DR and tell them not to have a competition that will put stress on his injured shoulder. He thinks it wouldn't be fair.

9:55PM BBT: Not much going on just general chit chat about the past few evictions and the different deals and alliances going on the past few weeks (Jameka and Daniele) in the kitchen, Zach is in the HoH room trying to sleep.

BB just called for an indoor LD and asked Dick to go to the diary room.   There's a short FotH and feeds return with Dick joining Jameka and Daniele in the kitchen

10:00PM BBT: Dick is doing a lot of Zach bashing. Then there's some Eric bashing, a little bit of Jen bashing and now onto Amber bashing. It's a RUTT fest.

10:05PM BBT: Dick says that the live feed watchers probably have no idea what a lock-down means. He talks about production and when we get short FotH.    Daniele says, "Are you kidding me? The live feed watchers know what a LD and everything is. Those feed watchers are obsessed!" [Yes we most certainly are...LMAO -Jessy]

10:10PM BBT: BB: "Dick, please go to the DR/" (It's been almost 10 minutes since they asked him the first time and he finally goes.) There another short FotH and Dick is back in the kitchen telling Daniele and Jameka that he got some things approved, CD player, CD's, cookies, etc.. Jameka asked if they said anything about the ball (I'm assuming she means checks the PoV tapes to see how the blue ball got in her tube.) Dick tells Daniele to go into the DR and request things saying "I think they are pretty bored in there and would like the company."

Jameka tells Daniele that Joe told her right before he left that whatever Jameka did not to trust Nick and Daniele

10:15PM BBT: Daniele is now telling Jameka that Nick told her that in week one Amber was definitely Kail's target for eviction to get the single mother out in week one and make it easier.

10:30PM BBT: Still general reminiscing about all they've been through,   talking about the whirlwind of events in the past three days.   Daniele says, "It's been like two weeks rolled into three days/" Talk turns to Survivor. maybe because they've been discussing the same thing for about six hours now.
