Monday, August 16, 2004: PoV
Meeting Today - Veto Not Used |
As things wrapped up last night, it doesn't look like the
veto will be used to save either one. Adria offered it to both Will and
Marvin and neither took it. Marvin says he wasn't going beggin', and Will
says he can accept whatever outcome his fellow housemates vote upon him.
Do any of these people know what happened to Marcellas? BTW, while you
wait for something to happen today, you might find this blast from the past
clip an enjoyable diversion.
Marcellas Passes on the Veto and is Evicted
[15 minutes]

The PoV Meeting is today, around noon BBT.
 |
| Sure she looks tired. She was up all
night asking Drew if she can trust him. If you think she looks bad, you
should see me. |
9:00AM Good Morning Houseguests. It's time to
get up and start your day. By 10:30AM, Diane and Marvin are in the
kitchen. Joining their conversation, already in progress, Marvin says,
'Well, I'm just saying, I don't think I'll be here next week, so I'm saying it
now." Diane tells him, "Oh, I don't know-- I think you'll be around and on
the block again.'
11:15AM Natalie (I
think) stopped by the cloud room where Diane was getting ready to take a nap.
Diane tells her about freaking out last night and not trusting Drew. She
says she doesn't know what came over her, she's OK now, completely on board, and
fully trustworthy, Noon: ˚°◦ FotH ◦°˚
It's assumed that the PoV Meeting is in progress. 12:40PM Feeds Return.
Veto not used! Natalie and Adria talking about the PoV meeting in the HoH.
Natalie says it's probably best that she didn't use it because it shows she
didn't make a mistake when nominating. In her POV speech, Adria said that both
nominees asked her to not use it so she is honoring their wishes. Not much
going on. Will is still telling stories and badmouthing the twins to
anyone that will listen Marvin's still bitching, "Don't tell me it was harder
than what we had. Did they have a camera on them when they were trying to
take a shit?" And they had a book, etc., etc.. Karen's been baking
again, trying every conceivable combination of Bisquick, peanut butter, and
M&Ms. After each concoction is removed from the oven she then explains, in
depth, what's in it, why it's not right, what she needs to make it right, and
why she's not as crazy as people think she is. Everyone else
in the house is either napping or bitching.
5:30PM
Diane says to Drew: "I love Will, he could not tell a lie in my eye, Nakomis can
not lie, Karen I don't that well-- I just wish I trusted Adria and Natalie
as much you do." Diane's planting the seeds of doubt in Drew's mind.
Last night Drew was as assertive as Drew can be and convinced Diane he was right
and trustworthy. Tonight, it looks like Diane my change his mind. "I
feel like they're hanging on to us because we're they're only hope."
Drew's response, as usual, "I don't know."
Diane
and Drew [15 minutes] Diane talks Drew into
forcing the tie, that way Adria will have to break it and it will be her fault
that whoever leaves was evicted.
 |
| Waldo samples some of Karen's
food-free chocolate-peanut butter brownies. |
6:00PM, Will enters the cloud room where Diane and Drew were talking
game and kissing. They talk about being sequestered before the show
started, the photographer and handlers. Just fluff talk for a half hour.
9:00PM Karen, Nakomis and Will have more opinions in the kitchen.
They're completely obsessed with playing the Big Brother game, and the thing
that bothers them the most about Adria and Natalie is that they are completely
obsessed with playing the Big Brother game. Cowboy seems like the only one
that's not stressed out this week, but he earned it, the last two weeks were
very hard on his horsemen.
Threesome [12 minutes]
Cowboy dressed up as a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader for charity last year and
brought in $150. He says the next time he's in drag it's be for his own
pay.
10:00PM Karen, Cowboy and Marvin are in the hot tub.
Marvin's conducting another one of his interviews. Marvin's fascinated by
Karen's life and sex habits. She married Larry, he was her first and only.
They spend everyday, all day together. If they need a quart of milk, he
drives her to the store (Karen doesn't drive). Larry, who looks like Jesus
Christ, and Karen only engage in traditional sex. Larry would be
open to the idea of a threesome with another chick, but Karen feels that people
who need that sort of extra activities have problems in her marriage, so even
though Karen's open to the idea of sex with a women, it's not going to happen.
So, basically, them committed their lives to each other. She openly
discussed the intricacies of their love making without embarrassment, and with
with Cowboy (and I) listening in. Her vivid descriptions got Marvin hard,
and Cowboy wouldn't admit to his arousal, but he wouldn't stand to get out of
the tub either.
10:20PM Karen's stories move on to 9/11. She was able to the the
towers from her former home in New Jersey. She said you could smell the
burning metal, and ... well death in the air. Her neighbor never mentally
recovered from the tragedy. They knew some many people that lost loved
ones in the towers, too much grief to handle. Marvin says he understands
grief, from running a funeral business. Marvin's alluded to the fact, on
several occasions, that he doesn't like the family business, and it's not what
he went to college for. Karen says she lived near Lodi, where
"certain ethnic types" where celebrating the destruction of the towers. A
small riot ensued and was broken up by the police.
11:15PM Marvin Latimer: Raconteur Will, Drew and Karen are on
the patio listening to Marvin tell stories of dating gone wrong. This guy
should put out an album, oh it's explicit, but I laughed like a mental patient
over the girl that did him in a "Bullwinkle's" parking lot, he took her back to
the bar and her boyfriend walks in, "this dude was so big the whole room turned
dark." and the 210 lb internet date, the hooker that wanted lunch,
truly classic Marvin. His personal ad is on Match.com. If you see a
guy in a boat with a dog, that's Marvin. |

Sunday, August 15, 2004: A
Day to Sit and Stew |
|
There's nothing scheduled today, but with the mood in the
house being so volatile, look out anything could happen! In case you
didn't know, the sisters are considering using the PoV to change Adria's own
nominations. Read all about it on yesterday's summary starting at 11:00PM.
9:55AM Wake Up Call: Everyone's slow getting
started today. There's just a lot of tension and insincere talk as they go
about their ADLs.
11:45AM Karen is called to the DR. Last night
Karen wanted to go to the DR to see the shrink, but they couldn't take her
because of a technical reason regarding the sound system being used for the
movie. When she's paged, she tells Adria that she's really pissed off at
them because she needed them yesterday, and they never even got back to her.
She ignores the page. "Karen, please come to the diary room."
She says into her mic, "Not today." We get fish! It's brief and when
the feeds return, Karen has gone to the DR.
With Karen gone, Adria tries to talk to Will. She tries to
explain her nominations again. She tries to make a joke about something
that was said about Will being put on the block because of bad tables manners,
"He smacks." The
joke falls flat, and the subject changes to shopping. At 12:30PM Will goes
inside to check on Karen. Nakomis tells him she's still in the DR.
12:45PM Adria and Marvin Wow! They have their
talk. Adria wanted to give Marvin a chance to ask for her to use the PoV.
Marvin doesn't hold back, and all the things that have been bother Marvin come
out. Adria expected Marvin to make a move to align with her, but Marvin
says he aint gonna beg for votes, aint gonna kowtow to anyone. And he says
he isn't going to campaign either, he says campaigning is for losers that don't
wash their own dishes. "I've campaigned everyday day I've been in here by
showing my integrity and busting my ass in here, giving away all my snacks when
I was HoH. People know the kind of person I am." He tells her
outright that the game lost it's integrity by letting her stay in a hotel with a
book while he slept in the cement room with the light in his eyes.
It's a thirty minute talk, and you could see the frustration Adria was having. I
think she really wanted to give the veto to Marvin, but he wouldn't say that he
wants it.
Marvin
and Adria [30 minutes]
1:15PM Adria and Natalie discuss the talk, and how
Nakomis and some of the others were was listening in. Cowboy joins the
twins. Adria says she has the veto and on the day of the meeting she may
just let them pull colored golf balls out of a bag to determine who gets to use
it.
Next Will and the twins talk around in circles.
Adria just keeps beating the dead horse argument that no one in the house will
even try to play the game. Will keeps saying he doesn't care anymore and
would be fine with leaving the house, which is
neither true or what Adria wants to hear. She keeps saying that if no one
wants to take responsibility for making a decision, just let the vote come out
in a tie and she'll take care of it.
Will
explains to Nakomis [15 minutes]
2:15PM Karen is still in DR. 3:00PM Karen
Returns. She's in a good mood with nice things to say about BB,
"There's some nice people on the other side of that wall."
3:45PM Drew and Adria: Another long chat.
Adria recaps every conversation she's had today. Drew has empathy for her
plight as his was similar when he was HoH. They agree that it would be
best not to tell Cowboy anything about Diane and Drew being part of their
alliance. He says Diane is joining in with the others on their
anti-twins talk to divert suspicion. They talk about the cakewalk week
Nakomis had and Drew tells her that anyone else would have had the same problems
this week. Adria appreciates his support. Despite Adria's disastrous
attempt at trying to talk to Marvin, Drew feels that it would be better to
break up the three this week, so Marvin may stay.
The Plan for This Week (At 3:45PM): Vote out Will this week. If next week the opposition gets HoH
they'll put up Adria and Nat (true, just heard Nakomis say that very thing).
Drew and Diane will be the twins PoV partners in for the veto competition.
That gives them a 66% chance of winning veto.
5:30PM Will and Karen are in the hammock Will says Adria's
worn him out talking, Karen replies, "--Fuckin' nut job." Will says that no
one's going to use the veto, so it looks like Marvin's out. Nakomis
questions Will about Drew's loyalty, and Will assures her that he can be
trusted, completely.
Nakomis and Marvin join them. Marvin: "I'll spit on her before I'll
take a veto from her." He continues a tirade that's been going on ever since
Natalie walked in the room two weeks ago, "She asks me 'where's your fight?
Aren't you going to fight to stay?' She can't tell me how to play this game,
I was fighting for my life in this house while she's reading a book in the
hotel." At 6:15PM the twin bashing festival is still rehashing the same
stories. Diane is now in the hammock with Will, and the topic conversation
hasn't changed since Thursday.
8:00PM
Nakomis and Karen Talk Chicks. Nakomis is attracted to the female
form, however she's scared of the female reproductive organs [that's what she
says], she digs going to strip clubs to look at chicks [that's what she
says], she could never be a lesbian because she hates women and the way
their minds work. Karen agrees and says she has no girl friends.
 |
|
11:30PM A helicopter flying over the BB house
distracts Drew from his poker game. |
10:00PM Marvin, Cowboy, Diane and Natalie are the greens
playing golf. Marvin and Cowboy take turns doing commentary. It was
an enjoyable game, a break from the constant complaining that's dominated the
house today. Will was in the HoH room listening to Usher while this was going on.
After the golf game they decide to count the M&Ms in the giant bowl from
last night's movie contest. They measure them using a container from the
kitchen. I think they gave up after a while. They've eaten a lot of
M&Ms.
Diane looses her ring down the bathroom sink and Marvin and Cowboy retrieve it
for her.
11:45PM Will, Nakomis and Karen are whispering again. They're
trying to figure out what they can do to make sure Adria doesn't use the veto
[all they needed to do was to ask her at the start, it may be too late now.]
Nakomis thinks that Adria put Will on the block because he's gay. Karen,
"Oh yeah, they're from the south." They're still going on using
terms like "backstabbing bitches." Nakomis regrets sharing the
six finger plan with the twins because it tipped them off to her "vast knowledge
of the human psyche."
They can't decide if they should say anything to Adria about it. If they
say anything they think that "A" would think they're scared and might use the
veto. But if they don't say anything, "A" might think they're still mad
and use the veto. Oops, Adria enters and they quickly pretend to be
talking about Karen's sister.
Will
Whispers and more [30 minutes]
They tell Adria that they want to make it clear that they're fine with her
nominations and they want her to know they're not planning any kind of revenge.
The subject switches to Jase, all the disgusting things he did. Will says,
"He would say things about the people in this house that weren't nice,
that's character assignation, and I don't approve of that."
Adria leaves the room, Will assures her again that they're all OK with her.
Nakomis and Karen hug her as she leaves, "Everything's OK, a hundred percent."
Will says to Adria.
How to I Hate Thee, Let Me Count the Ways: Nakomis then starts to
analyze what Adria was thinking while she was in the room. "Did you see the way
she was? That means 'I don't care what you're saying.'" They
congratulate each other on how well they did talking to Adria, "I think she
bought it." Karen says that, "If she tries to keep Marvin in the house,
then she doesn't know what this game is about." Nakomis says "I want to go
in there right now and beat her over her head and shove her Bible up her ass."
Diane's alone with Drew, they don't trust the twins! Drew 's
worried that Will's not being straight with him [well, you know].
Diane's mad because Nakomis said that Adria broke their pinky swear promise, and
Diane thinks Nakomis is right, maybe they shouldn't be trusted. They both
go to the HoH and talk to Adria. Adria doesn't think it's important
to use the veto to save Marvin. "If I'm going to vote out Will and keep
Marvin in this house I need to know I'll have support in this house. Because you
know that they're coming after me." Diane says she's going to throw HoH
next week because she doesn't want to put them up. The three, Nat, Drew,
and Adria. jump on her and tell her it's crucial that they win HoH. If
they put up Nakomis and Karen, at the end of the week there will only be one of
them left, and how bad will that be. Diane says she'll vote to keep Will,
then the vote will be a tie, and Adria will break the tie.
Diane leaves and Drew chats with the twins. He says he's so paranoid, and
they all laugh that he really is paranoid. Nat teases him that he
just has to keep his girl in line and everything will be OK. They're putting a
lot of faith in what Cowboy says he's going to do. Cowboy says he'll vote
to evict Will, it's a choice Cowboy came up with on his own. They give him
fitness tips to Drew so he'll be ready for Thursday's HoH competition.
They talk about Marvin and all his comments, and they feel they can't hold it
against him, he's stubborn, says what he feels and is upset over the position
he's in. They agree, though, that Marvin is hardheaded, and can't be
counted on to support them. When Drew leaves the girls talk about how much they
love him.
2:30AM Adria's returning from the bathroom, Marvin's heading
to the kitchen for a PB&J snack. They say "hi", Marvin's calm, Adria says,
"I've been thinking and I want to leave you with something: Don't judge a book
by it's cover, it may look worn and tattered but it still has good things
inside." They comment on food or something irrelevant, and Marvin asks,
"What did you say?" Adria repeats her message, "Don't judge a book by it's
cover, it may look worn and tattered, and you may want to throw it in the fire,
but it still has good things inside. You'll know what it means later."
Marvin says "Ok!"
Just when you think every one's tucked in for the night, Drew and Diane wake up
and start talking game and trust. Diane saw Marvin and Adria in the
kitchen and thinks something's up, like they have a plan. Diane's mad that
Drew spent so much time in the HoH after she left, Drew asks, "Why? Why would
you ever doubt me?" Drew's a little ticked that she'd mistrust him.
Not everything is intelligible, but I heard Drew say, "Natalie is a big scheming
girl, more so than Adria." Diane sarcastically replies, "Think so?"
Diane asks Drew, "Do you think it's in my best interest to screw over three
people I trust for them--- When we don't even think they'll make it to the
end?" This conversation that is a really important piece in
the puzzle us fans are putting together in trying to determine where people
really stand in the game. The dialog is unintelligible because the
rustling of the sheets drowns out the whispers. I can hear Diane getting
confirmation that if it comes down to him making a decision to save "A," Nat, or
her, he'll save Diane. It's 3:30AM in the BB hyouse, 6:30 in mine,
and haven't a clue what they're doing. This will be a wait and see. |

Saturday, August 14, 2004: Adria
Wins PoV
Contest Today |
|
Yesterday was quite a day and the drama is expected to
continue today. Unlike last week, where the PoV contest was a sham, created by
the HGs for their amusement at Jase's expense, this one will be for real.
Will claims that if he wins the PoV he will not use it to save himself, nor
would he want anyone to save him. Will says Marvin will do the same, but I
wouldn't count on that. Marvin's been complaining that he doesn't even
have anyone to play for him in the contest. Someone that's out of the
game, wouldn't be concerned that he doesn't have a player.
So what could happen? I think the most interesting
possibility is that Marvin wins the PoV himself. If Marvin wins, and saves
himself, would Adria follow through and put Karen on the block? No
matter who wins, we'll have to wait until Monday to see what they do with it.
In
some areas Big Brother will be preempted.
Remember: You can watch Big Brother on the internet, through
WBNS-10TV Columbus, Ohio. Big Brother begins at 9:00PM, EDST to connect to 10TV, with Windows Media player,
CLICK HERE I posted this on
Thursday, and you people had to blab it all over the net and the feed was so
overloaded many people couldn't watch. This is just for us, so keep it to
yourself. It was a surprisingly dull morning. BB let them
sleep a little later than usual. Will suggested to Diane that the new
alliance be her, Drew and Karen, they shake hands on the deal. So, for
some reason Nakomis has been left out of the loop.
Diane will be
competing for Will in the PoV contest and Nakomis tells Diane not to use
to save Will if she wins it. " I don't want to make Adria mad for having to put up someone else and I don't
want to make whoever goes up mad. Will said to me, you and Drew, the three of
us, that's what I want." Will enters, everyone goes off on tangents
and talk of baby blankets. Yesterday, it was Will's request that he not be
saved. I think Drew's just happy it's Diane and not himself that could end
up with the PoV responsibility.
1:15PM The HGs are on indoor LD. There's been
a lot of ˚°◦ FotH ◦°˚ today. Marvin peeks
through the shades and says he can see BB has set up a lot of deer in the
backyard.
The PoV Contest Started Around 1:45PM And was not
shown on the live feeds.
3:30PM
Adria Wins PoV The contest is over and we've got to be puzzled at what they
did. Drew is on the patio looking at little digital camera, and
Cowboy is unlacing ice skates. One of the HGs mentioned a sled, and later
they're complaining the fruitcake is stale. The most important detail
spotted was Adria wearing the PoV medal.
Will won an iPod-like MP3 player, but because of copyright issues, it's
only stocked with a few tunes. Apparently, the contest theme was
Christmastime and the contestants had to select Christmas stockings. This
explains how Cowboy ended up with women's ice skates, and Natalie with a stale
fruitcake.
Tonight's Broadcast:
Recap started with Drew breaking his word and voting out Jase, reactions
to Jase's eviction and Cowboy's disappointment with Drew. Cowboy's
goal is revenge, to take Drew out of the house. After Adria won HoH,
Diane noted that not everyone in her alliance showed enough jubilation for
comfort over Adria's win. Will, Nakomis and Karen looked like the enemy
had won.
Then Adria got her room. HoH
Room [2 minutes] Cowboy asked Adria point blank,
"Are you going to put my ass up on the block?" Next in to visit
Adria was Diane. She suggested Marvin, and maybe Karen, one of the
three, Will, Nakomis or Karen. [I wanted to make this point really
clear as Diane now appears to be against Adria and her decision to put up
Marvin and Will.] Next in to talk to Adria was Karen. After
Karen talked to Adria, she ran to Will and Nakomis in the cloud room and told them
to not
even mention a single name to Adria or she'd "blab, blab blab it to every
one." [Maybe if the three were a little more forthcoming with Adria
they wouldn't have come off as suspicious.]
As this segment ends, we see Adria and Nat in the
HoH room. Adria tells Natalie that it will be Marvin, and
either Will or Karen (Nakomis is safe this week). Nat asks, "Are you going
to tell them first, or just shock them?" Adria answers, "Shock 'em."
Then a car goes careening out of control crashing through-- Oh shoot, that
was a commercial, but it certainly was exciting.
Nakomis is discussing the start and infinity of the
universe with Diane. Drew's hungry having the smell of real food in
the house while he's on PB&J in making his mouth water. This
leads up to the food challenge, "Backyard BBQ Bonanza." The red
team: Natalie, Drew, Diane and Marvin, lost. The blue team:
Cowboy, Will, Karen, and Nakomis won.
Burger
Bonanza [7 minutes]
The second half opens with last week's late night
hi-jinx that included Diane wrapping herself in Drew's Miami Red Hawk flag and
danced for the boys. Then back to Friday, and the nominations.
Nakomis, Karen and Will are on the patio fearful that Adria will put one
of them on the block, Will says, "I'm afraid we have another 'Jase' in the
HoH."
The last quarter was the nomination ceremony. Nominations [6 minutes] Yadda, yadda, Will and Marvin... |
The HGs are talking about the food they miss.
Karen, who when not in the BB house hangs at Taco-Bell, wants a soft-shell steak
taco with lime juice. Cowboy, who eats a burger every day in the BB house,
misses eating burgers at an A&W Root beer place he likes. When Karen points out
that he eats burgers every day,, he adds "Chinese food," and everyone
agrees that it would be great to have Chinese food.
Outside of family, Diane misses her car, Cowboy misses his
bed.
Movie Time: The HoH room's been locked down most
of the day. They thought BB was installing sound on the SpyScreen, and they
did, sort of. They're using the HoH room to show the movie,
"Without a Paddle"
9:15PM The Feeds Return It's summer
time and Saturday night at that means movies. Tonight's luxury challenge
winner gets to see the movie BB has set up in the HoH room. Included in
the movie prize are refreshments. First they get
to see the preview on a TV that was placed in the living room (same preview as
on the link above). They will play in teams of three. Diane, Drew, Will,
then Karen, Marvin, Cowboy, and Natalie, Adria, Nakomis. Two team members
will try to solve a red carpet puzzle. If their puzzle is correct, the lights
on the runway will come on signaling the third team member to run down the red
carpet and start searching through a giant bowl of M&Ms for the golden M&M. Once it is found, the HG must run back to the chairs and be seated. That team will win the movie screening.
 Drew
and Diane finished the carpet puzzle first, then Will dashed down the red carpet
to the giant bowl of M&Ms and found the golden M7M. Even the PB&Jers
were allowed to eat M&Ms from the giant bowls. [The clip quality is really bad
again, if you've got better please send it in.] Red
Carpet Contest [16 minutes]
Will promises that they'll reenact the movie for those that
didn't get to see it.
 |
|
Down in the Dumps: It's what Marvin wants now.
|
11:00PM Poor Marvin Marvin's just sittin'
on the floor in the hall feeling sorry for himself. Cowboy comes over to
talk to him. "I got nominated, lost the veto, lost the food competition,
and now this, is there anything else around this fucking place I can lose?"
Marvin says they need to do another challenge tonight so he can loose that too,
"Make it a trifecta." Cowboy asks if he saw the inside of the HoH
room. Marvin says he didn't want to look and see what else he could have,
he asks if there was beer. Cowboy tells him "no." Marvin says, "Oh
that's good, 'cause if they had a case of beer in there I'd really be feeling
bad."
Seize the Power! It's very hard to hear, Adria
and Natalie are in the wood room talking about the Veto. "I don't know if
Marvin's going this week or not..." They talk about it being time to
break up power and seizing an opportunity. "Marvin's been really
nice to us, if we save him then he'll be easy to deal with the rest of the
time." Adria says nominating people is the only control anyone has
in the house. Karen's name is mentioned and it seems very possible that
they are thinking of putting Karen on the block instead on Marvin.
11:15PM Karen's Crying I think it's only because
she's not able to see the movie. She went to the DR to ask to see the
shrink, and tells Nakomis "They wouldn't let me in, because there's a movie
playing. So I guess I'll just go fuck myself. If you're having a hard time with something in your head-- I mean I'm not
psychotic, but that should always be there for us." Nakomis
says when they show this on TV is going to look like we're all upset over not
seeing the movie. She has burst of tears and says, "This just isn't fair.
I feel so bad for poor Marvin. And after he worked to keep her in this house.
And he helped us get rid of Jase. No one should be put through what he's
being put through." Karen says she's sorry but she can't stand it
any time Cowboy opens his mouth. Nakomis says it was supposed to be Cowboy
on the block [Bull! She said she felt bad for him. She said she wouldn't
put him up.]
Karen says, "And now that they have the veto, I'm
scared to death they use it and take someone off, and then what? What if
they take off Marvin-- They could save Will and then one of us could go
up." They feel the choices for nomination were simple, Cowboy and Drew.
[Karen's partner, Will, has pledged to work towards getting, Drew, Diane and
Karen to the end.] Karen says she's never been able to carry on a
conversation with Drew, "I say something to him and he's like, 'huh?' It's like
talking to Bevis and Butthead."
Karen
and Nakomis [16 minutes]
Karen's even worried about Will, "He talked to them [Diane
and Drew] today." They've noticed a mood change, but they rationalize it as
stress from being on the block.
1:45AM I had written on the message board that
Diane either didn't know she's in an alliance with Adria and Natalie, or she's
the best player in the House. Diane's been trashing the Sisters of
Perpetual Bullshit as much as everyone else in the house. I thought it was
sincere, I didn't think she was that good of an actress, I was wrong. Diane
visits Natalie and tells her what everyone's been saying and that
she's been agreeing to protect the alliance. Of course Diane might be
flexible on who she's aligned with, I'm impressed she's got a plan.
While Adria's in the DR, Natalie tells Diane that Marvin
should talk to Adria because she's considering saving him and putting up Karen.
Adria's heard that Marvin's been badmouthing her and Natalie tells Diane that
it's a concern. They want to make sure that Marvin will back them up if
they rescue him.
When Adria and Natalie get back together,
(they have the HoH room back) Natalie suggests
Adria take off Marvin and put her [Natalie] up as a way they can find out
if Diane and Drew's is really on their side. They calculate the numbers
like this: Karen and Nakomis vote to evict Natalie. Diane, Drew, and
Cowboy vote to evict Will. Marvin would have swear that he would save
Natalie, but if he lies, the vote would tie, and Adria would cast the
tie-breaking vote.
They do the numbers on Karen going up, and the votes are the same with Nakomis
having to choose between Will and Karen. Natalie doesn't want to put
up Karen, "Karen's very fragile right now." She
feels they can draw her in closer if they can prove her alliance isn't as tight

Friday, August 13, 2004: Food
Contest & Will and Marvin Nominated |
|
There was a lot of activity in the house last night.
Details were added to last night's summary early today. While you wait for
them to get up and begin the food competition you can check if you missed
anything last night.
8:00AM ˚°◦ FotH ◦°˚ Today's music selections
included some Mexican music and comedy songs that related to food. The HGs are
getting up, Karen's already whispering to Will about Adria "..and she said, 'but
you knew you weren't going out. Just wait until you're on the block and
you don't know how the vote's going.' That scares me..." "Oh Lord,"
Will replies. [Be afraid, it's Friday the 13th!] Diane overhears the early
start of the gossip and tells Drew.
9:00AM
Swimwear. The HGs will be doing another "wet 'n' wild" food challenge
today, BB has told them to put on the swimwear. At 10:00AM they
split into two teams the red team is Natalie, Drew, Diane and Marvin, the blue
team Cowboy, Will, Karen, and Nakomis. They went to the backyard to find a
huge mound of phony burgers. It's "Backyard BBQ Bonanza" One person
from each team will be on bun duty, another will be "grillmaster" and their job
will be to throw the cheese and beef patties. The remaining team member is
in charge of lettuce and condiments. The winning team gets a grill
and full food rations, the losers get PB&J. The object is to make as many
burgers as possible. Only complete burgers with all ingredients will
count.
10:15AM
˚°◦ FotH ◦°˚ The contest resumed at 10:30AM 10 burgers on the read team,
11 burgers on the blue team, they are the winners! Diane said the was the
stupidest game she ever saw. There also seems to be a question of who had
made mistakes that should have disqualified some burgers. This will be
Drew, Diane and Marvin's second week on PB&J and he's taking it the best.
Burger
Bonanza [12 minutes]
Marvin Stinks: The complaint of the day is
that Marvin smells. The problem is his shoes and feet, which according to
Diane, is so bad that the smell in the concrete room is so bad that the odor is
getting in her clothes. Today she moved her stuff out of the concrete room
into the dresser drawers in the hall. Marvin's funk is evident even
outdoors, and his scent is now in Adria's HoH room.
Meanwhile, Marvin's having his little hate-fest
too, he's sick of Karen. "Karen, that ass kisser. She burns up my
ass like a three foot flame." Diane tells Marvin that the twins know her
game, and consider her a target. Marvin mocks Karen's perky little
epitaphs from the food competion, "I will be happy for whoever wins."
Diane and Marvin are in a really bad mood from being put on PB&J restriction.
Marvin says the game is starting to suck, Diane agrees and says she thought it
would come later.
Will Won't: Just like last night when Adria tried
to talk to Karen, today she's trying to get input from Will, but Will won't name
any names. Will implies that Marvin is the logical target. Adria
tells him that she's not going to tell everyone who the nominees are ahead
of time, and her choices may be shocking, but there are valid reasons for the
choices. She says she's not going to pick one as a target, "I am just
giving you guys a choice of who to kick out. It will be up to everyone as individuals to make their
own choices." Will gets that "Oh Lordy" look and leaves without giving his
opinion.
What Will was wondering, was if there's an America's
Choice poll, and he were to win a romantic dinner for two, who would he take.
Drew, who's on week two of the PB&J diet, says he'd turn gay for a night for a
good meal and even do a strip tease and give a hot oil message. [They say
everyone has their price, now we know Drew's.]

Marvin with his granola box, toothbrush, catsup
calculator. |
12:45PM It's nap time in the BB house. Will and Nakomis in one
bed, Drew and Diane in the other. Karen looks on, making sure no one
talks. Marvin sits alone in the concrete room with an empty granola
box that he's painting with a toothbrush full of catsup. [The scene looks
like an out-take from "The Green Mile."] Natalie walks in on the scene
and Marvin says he's just doing some math. [And I'm thinking it might be
best if Marvin and Karen are put in separate institutions.]
Twin Scheme: Adria tells Natalie that she's not putting Drew up because she promised and Drew is on her side,
"I'm putting Nakomis on the other side [meaning she's on the Karen/Will team],
she's a good player, she doesn't like to be threatened or make deals she won't put Cowboy up,
but she said she could vote against him." [I didn't hear it that way.] "Back to our team: Diane is a spitfire that might turn on me at the jury house if I put her out.
Besides, Diane is already a target for being with Drew. Will is definitely a
possibility. Will gets emotional, like in the "bad egg" contest. I'm thinking of putting him up, he'd pick Nakomis to compete for PoV, and then if he won, I
could put up Karen."
Adria says Karen told her that Will is going crazy [I never heard that.]
Adria continues, "Marvin's out for number one, and he's a threat, but he'd be a bigger threat at the jury house turning people against me. It would be better to keep him here driving everyone crazy. Let someone else put him out." Adria thinks one of them will be voted out next week.
Natalie asks, "If you put Marvin up, and he vetoes himself, then who do you put
up. " Adria couldn't say.
They see the house as divided like by the same alliances as were chosen for
the food competition. "You've got the red team, Drew, Diane and you.
Then you've got the blue team, Karen, Will and Nakomis. Then there's
the wonderers, Marvin and Cowboy, so We've got the numbers." Adria wants to make her decision now, with Natalie, so she'll have time to
take a two hour nap before the nominations. They continue to talk for
another half hour. Natalie seems to understand, shee thanks her sister for
not putting her up and for her time [It sounded very corporate.]. They
conclude with a lot of baseball analogies.
Nominations in Two Hours [That's 5:00PM BBT] The meeting is
brief, but the production part is long, lots of FotH, so the results of the
nomination are usually not posted before 6:00PM. 5:00PM HGs are on
the patio.6:30 PM Marvin & Will are up.
Marvin's not happy! He considers the nominations 'ball-less" as he has no
allies in the house. I don't know if it's for show, or honesty, Nakomis
says she's not pleased.
Marvin says: "Drew and Diane are sleeping together, no you don't want to
break that up. I sleep alone in a concrete room. Spineless and
ball-less, putting up the black and the gay. She says she wants to see
what kind of fight is in me. Well I was fighting to keep your ass in here
while your sister was reading a book at the hotel."
Aftermath
Talk (Unedited) [48 minutes] 7:00PM Will
Confronts Adria: Adria starts by telling Will that it was her decision
solely. Then she starts with the baseball analogies, and she might-as-well
be speaking Russian, because Will's face just glazes over. Back to
English: She tells Will that she doesn't believe in using Adria says
"You are strong, you lift this house up with your morale and spirit. This gives
you a chance to know where the team stands, and who's really close to you. The
block is not a bad thing and you can use it to learn where you stand."
[She's got to be kidding]
Will says "I know that you said you don't use pawns or whatever. If I was ever
going to put you up, I'd have given you at least a very loaded hint. I don't
know whether you believe it or not but I had your back."
Adria "I know that Will, I didn't make this decision until the very last minute
just before the nominations. Everybody loves and supports you. If the veto goes
wrong and Marvin gets off, there's still a player we can put in that gap. "
IMHO: It's a House of Hypocrites. I see Adria's as making some
tactical errors, Will's right, the nomination would have been easier to take if
she tipped him off first. And right now everyone is in the backyard
talking about how the twins are backstabbing liars. They're getting
away with this because Adria and Natalie are in seclusion in the HoH room when
they should be mingling with the others. But the house is talking like
they're shocked at Adria's choice, and they don't like the nominations. I
say "Bull!" Every person that came through the HoH room last night
mentioned Marvin as a good choice. Will, who's blowing smoke up
Marvin's ass, was asked his opinion last night. The only person Will
would suggest as a nominee was Marvin. Today Marvin's nominated, and
everyone thinks it's wrong, and they're surprised she nominated him. Just
about everyone said not to put up Cowboy, he's whipped and not a threat to
anyone.
Of course Marvin's still complaining that the game isn't on the up-and-up,
and adding a twin gave them an unfair advantage. "Got the God damn
clones comin' out the diary room." Marvin says that it's bullshit when
Adria says having a twin in the house is a disadvantage, but just as the twins
said, it's made them a target and it sounds as though the whole house is against
them. Even Diane is talking about the injustice of the nominations, "It's
scary that they'd put up Will." I hope this is game talk, because last
night she was putting down the others for referring to Adria as "they."
And the whole house is unanimously against the twins, but no one has had the
guts to say who they think should have been nominated instead on Marvin and
Will. From last night,
Adria
Gets Her Room [8 minutes] was added, a clip sent in by
Joe Borda. Nakomis talks to Adria to tell her about the house's stunned
reaction, and Adria asks Nakomis the question I posed, "Well who could I have
put up that wouldn't have shocked?" Nakomis sees her point and says that
it would have been better if Adria had told everyone who she was nominating
before the meeting. They clear the air and Nakomis thinks everyone should
get together to talk it through, because right now, a lot of the house doesn't
trust her.
Adria
and Nakomis (Unedited) [24 minutes]
10:15PM The nominees talk to Adria. Marvin says that if he's so
strong, why is it that he doesn't even have some one to pick in the PoV contest
to play for him. They're cordial as Adria explains how she made her
choices. The act as though her answers are valid, until Marvin asks her if
God told her who to pick,. Adria says that her faith effects all her
decisions, and Marvin asks where in the Bible it said she should put up the
black guy and the gay guy with no allies. Will's logic escapes me, he
keeps saying that if he wins PoV he won't use it to take himself off the block,
and he says that Marvin feels the same way. [I don't get it, the gay guy
and the black guy haven't learned anything from Marcellas?] 11:00PM,
Natalie comes out to talk to Will and Nakomis about Adria. Natalie starts
to cry. She's upset that everyone's mad at Adria, when Adria thought
everyone would be happy that Marvin was on the block. "She didn't think
anyone would have a problem with Willing being up too, or I would have told her
to put me up. But she didn't want to do a backdoor plan." Nakomis
says it looks like Adria tried too hard to not piss anyone off. Natalie
says she's taking the heat for the nomination, but she's just a voter. Will says "I love Marvin to death." and yet last night he
told Adria that Marvin was an "obvious" choice. The house is
in turmoil, everyone is talking behind everyone's back. The twins explain,
they all smile and say they understand, and then they all talk about them.
Will say's "It's all alright, even if I go next week, it's alright. It's
not like everyone's going to jump to evict you next week," which is
exactly the plan. By 1:00AM it's just Will and Diane on the patio.
Will hopes to win HoH next week so he can say, "Say goodbye to your sister,
because one of you is going home this week" Diane has hopped on the
hate the twins train. What Diane fails to realize is that the house
considers her relationship with Drew as dangerous as Adria's relationship with
Natalie. There are now two teams in he house, there's Marvin,
Will, Nakomis, Karen, Diane, Drew, and on the other side: Adria, Natalie,
and Cowboy, and as Will explains things, Cowboy belongs to his group too. |

2004: Another Great Show
Expected for Tonight |
|
There's always that crazy, slim chance the HG we know
is leaving will somehow be saved. This episode is fraught with rumors.
I've heard that Holly has asked to be there for Jase. Is it true?
Will they allow her to greet Jase? With Jase's eviction, it leaves nine
HGs, and less than seven weeks of show. Is a surprise eviction
coming up? We've heard about twins on plane's heading for LA, will Ben or
Lindsey be stopping by tonight? We've heard that we'll see what happened
to the cast of BB4 tonight. Another thrill packed hour on CBS.
In
some areas Big Brother will be preempted by pre-season football.
Remember: You can watch Big Brother on the internet, live through
WBNS-10TV Columbus, Ohio. Big Brother begins at 8:00PM,
EDST to connect to 10TV, with Windows Media player,

9:45AM Wake-Up Call They are up and doing
ADLs. There usually isn't anything to report on Thursdays until the show
starts. They spend the whole day getting ready for the live show that
starts at 5:00PM BBT.
11:00AM Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean
they're not out to get ya... For the past thirty minutes Karen's been
hammering away at how the twins are so dangerous. Karen has seen that
Diane is gravitating towards them, which she doesn't like. As she
keeps planting her seeds of suspicion and doubt in Nakomis's mind, she goes so
far as to say that Adria and Natalie are as big as bullies as Scott and Jase.
Karen reminds Nakomis that Adria broke her word to Scott, and therefore can't be
trusted. Nakomis corrects her and that it was Natalie that made the
promise and then Adria that voted him out. Karen says that's even worse,
because "that's some hardcore playing." Without coming right out and
saying it, Karen's making sure Nakomis knows the planned eviction order.:
First Marvin, then Cowboy, then the twins and Diane and Drew. And if
she's said it once... "And the thing with them [Adria and Natalie] is,
when you vote out one, the other's still here and really pissed."

Jun's father died recently. She was glad that he got to see her
as a winner before he passed away. |
Robert said that at least the "Dream Team" were loyal to the end.
Justin just graduated from Pitt, and will being moving in with Robert.
|
She
was happy to have been on "Amazing Race" even though she lost, it was
her first chance to travel. |
After the recap, Julie said we'd get to see where the
cast of BB4 is today. The segment included interviews with Jee,
Justin, Robert, Jun, Alison, and Erika. Great footage of the guests from
BB4, maybe we'll get to hear from Jack, the FBI guy in a future show.
Jee was surprised to hear that we were calling his "Dream Team" alliance
"The Three Stooges." Erika is glad she got to clear the air with
Robert. Jun is happy that things are back to the way they were
before the show, not knowing where Jee is. Robert is just pleased
that he wasn't on this year, he never would have survived finding out that
there are two Alisons.
From the HoH room, Nakomis says that she couldn't put
up Cowboy for eviction, but if someone else does, she could cast a vote
against him.
Marvin's mother, Edna, was up next.
She thought it was wonderful that he won HoH so early in the game.
It really made her mad when she found out that the 4H were lying to him,
she doesn't like seeing her son on the block. As for Marvin's
language and comments about the women, but he'll pay for that when he gets
home.
Marvin's
Mom [3 minutes] Julie asked the two nominees for any
parting words. Marvin went first and thanked just about everyone
including his mom and brother for running the business while he's in the
house. Jase, who planned all kinds of "good TV" words for this
moment was jovial, and somewhat honest. Julie
read the vote, by a vote of six to one, Jase was evicted, Drew didn't even
give his planned loyalty vote.

Jase told Julie that he wanted to come into the house and be crazy and have fun, which he did.
He still blames the downfall of the 4H on the eviction of Holly, and if
she had been kept in, things would have been different. He holds no
ill feelings towards Drew. Cowboy had genuine nice words, the others
basically were calling him a jerk. Drew just said he had to go with
the majority. Then Julie brought out Holly, saying she's the one and
only, no twins. Jase, true to his word, asked just what he said he'd
ask, "Were you here last week for Scott?" She wasn't of course, and
Jase looked pleased to hear that. Holly, who seems to be the only
one that didn't know, was informed that he lives near her in California.
They'll being seeing more of each other, and they'll see what happens.

You Are Evicted [8 minutes]
As always, the last quarter begins with the HoH contest, it was shuffle
board, with a twist. "The Puck Stops Here" Adria went
first, and got very close to the line they were aiming for, Karen was
next, and didn't do as well. Will went third, and was eliminated.
Cowboy was also eliminated by not pushing his puck far enough into the
safe zone. Natalie came close, but failed to beat her sister.
Drew also came close, but left Adria in the lead. Diane also came
close, Marvin went last, and made Adria HoH.
The
Puck Stops Here [7 minutes]
Julie returned to congratulate Adria on her win. There were no
twists except for Holly's appearance, and no future twists were promoted
or hinted at. The next evictee will be the first member to be
sequester and serve on the jury. |
6:00PM BBT Feeds return. The HGs are gathered in the kitchen, all becoming
Adria's best friend. Adria's hoping she gets a Tim McGraw CD.
They talk about Jase, still trying to figure where he was from, and whether
he'll be going home to his place in CA, or where he said he's from in IL.
The feeds switch to the bathroom where Cowboy is trying to
understand why Drew didn't vote to keep Jase. Drew says that Jase asked
him to vote for him, and he did. They go back and forth trying to clarify
whether Jase wanted Drew to vote for Marvin, or for Jase's eviction. It
was quite clear to me that Jase wanted Drew to vote to keep him in, and now I
must admit, I really can't tell if Drew is really stupid and didn't understand,
or if he's trying to snow Cowboy into thinking the vote was a misunderstanding.
Drew says his decision was based on what the people in the house wanted.
Cowboy, who only talked to the twins to ask which one was
the one who did or said things in the past, is now trying to insure his place in
the house. Adria will only say that she came into the game not wanting to
lie, hasn't lied, and won't lie to him. [Well, that's clear.]
7:30PM Adria Gets Her Room The CD is
"Confessions" from Usher, a picture of Lenny and the dogs, a picture
of her mom, Sun Chips, ChapStick, but no playing cards, and everyone
was really hoping for them. Everyone was surprised to see what Lenny looks
like, "He's a real manly man, not like Brad Pitt." [That means Lenny's
loosing his hair.] Marvin was especially pleased with Adria's CD as he's
been craving something with a hip-hop beat.
Adria
Gets Her Room [8 minutes]
Diane and Adria are talking nominations. Adria says
she never gets anything easy to do, "Last week Nakomis had it easy, I mean
everyone wanted Jase out, no problem." Diane says. "You know Marvin's my target,
I want him out, but he's harmless, and there's Cowboy, but I'm wondering about
Karen. Nakomis hasn't done anything, but I mean it's your decision, I'm
just letting you know what I'm thinking."
Before Adria got her room, Will asked Diane. "So who do
you think they're going to nominate." Diane repeats it to Adria, "So who
do you think they're going to nominate." Adria says she's a 31
year old twin, she's used to people thinking of them as one.
Natalie put in her request to Big Brother, if she wins
HoH, she wants either
Clint Black's Greatest Hits, or the
Police's Greatest Hits.
Karen isn't happy with Jase's parting remarks, "I'll
admit, I'm kinda annoyed that Jase called me a crazy bitch on live National TV."
[Jase said, "...Will, thanks for the gay fashion advice. Karen,
damn, I think you're going crazy. The twins, I didn't like you separately, as one person,
I like you together..." 9:15PM Cowboy is
asking Adria again if she's going to put him on the block. Adria won't
tell him he's safe, but rather that she hasn't decided. She asks Cowboy
that if he could save anyone in the house, who would it be? He tells her
He'd never put up her or Natalie, "Ya know, I'd never break y'all up."
Next Adria asks him, "Who do you feel is the biggest threat in this house to
me?" Of course Cowboy points his finger at Marvin, saying that he's been
talking smack about them. Adria points out that Marvin talks smack about
everyone. Adria tells him that her choice in who to save will be based on
who's word she can trust. Cowboy continues to kiss her butt, saying
that the final four in his mind should be him, Adria, Natalie and Nakomis.
He promises that he will never be a threat to either her or her sister.
10:00PM Nakomis Gets
Her Turn Adria gets some input from Nakomis. Nakomis says that
Marvin makes a lot of people uncomfortable. Adria asks her the "Who is a
threat to me?" question and Nakomis once again mentions Marvin as the person
that wants to break up her and Natalie. As far as who is Nakomis aligned
with, she says "the original six [GPPW], I haven't made any side deals, I
haven't seen the need. But that's just the way I am." Her one
person to save, it would be Cowboy, no alliance, just pity, because he suffered
a lot this week after loosing Jase and having his alliance fall apart.
Midnight Fun & Games: Everyone has gathered
in the HoH room, oh what can they do for fun? Cowboy suggests "Truth or
Dare." Natalie starts the game by asking Karen, she picks truth.
Natalie asks if Karen's ever been caught having sex, Karen says "No."
Diane says she'd like to do dares but no getting naked. So they make up
the rule that you can decline any dare. Karen dares Diane to lick
Drew's nipple, which she does.
Diane asks Will to kiss Nakomis, as long as Nik doesn't mind. Will follows
through for the cheering crowd. Will gets to choose next and selects Drew,
who takes trhe dare. Will asks him to hold a Cheeto in his mouth and pick one person to take it out of his mouth and eat it. Karen says she won't because of Larry, but then does it,
anyway. Drew picks Diane and dares her to kiss
Karen. Everybody cheers them on and Karen agrees. They kiss on the lips
for several seconds. Marvin's quite pleased with the performance and says
he's pretty sure this is a BB first. He asks the cameraman if that was the
first girl-girl kiss. The camera tilts to indicate "yes." [Cameraman
was wrong, Charia and Lisa kissed in BB3.]
Dare dare the twins to moon the camera while they watch on the SpyScreen.
The girls won't do nudity, so Drew give his turn to the group. Will says
he's seen every dick in the house expect Marvin's and Marvin says he can't do
that, he has a business to think of, but he and Cowboy agree to a very quick
moonshot from the living room.
With Marvin's dare completed, he picks Nakomis and dares
to give them a quick moon or one breast topless with band-aid. She agrees
to it and flashes her breast with a band-aid covering the nipple.
I think it was Karen that dared Cowboy to repeat his
famous hat trick where he hangs his hat on his erection. They told him he
could go in the other room to get 'ready." He dives under a comforter in
the wood room [so that's why they call it the wood room], within a minute he's
ready and dashes to the HoH room with his hat suspended on his stiffy.
Marvin has been on a quest ever since he first entered the
house, he overheard Karen talking about someone in the house with three nipples.
Marvin thinks that this is the time to get to the "truth, " in Truth or Dare.
Karen tells him she's not the one with three nipples. [In reality, none of the
girls have three nipples, Marvin heard the comment out of context and the girls
have been having fun with it ever since.]
See Will Streaking (and more) on Joker's Updates Sorry about the video

Hat Trick [4 minutes] More
Highlights [14 minutes]
After the
party breaks up, Adria puts Karen in the hot seat. All the questions we've
heard before and Karen just dodges them all and remains non-committal about who
she wants to stay, who she wants to leave, what she likes to eat and anything
else Adria asked. When absolutely pushed for a nomination, Karen suggests
Marvin. Karen
and Adria [48 minutes]
2:00AM BBT After Karen leaves,
Natalie joins Adria to talk nominations. Adria's in a foul mood and really
sounds like if she could put the whole house on the block she would. She
considers Karen, but is just completely burnt out on Marvin's explicit language
and sexual innuendo every time she enters a room. Adria's sick of
everyone and says they're all bring and childish. Natalie agrees that
she's heard the same stories over and over, "It's like Groundhog Day."
Adria says "This is the week the pervert goes, 'cause it's want Aaaaadria
wants." It was her satire on Marvin's catchphrase, "It's what Maaarvin
wants..." They consider the duo of Marvin and Will
on the block. They don't trust Will and feel that if they put up Karen
with Marvin, she'd get even more unbearable than she already is. They feel
Karen isn't a big threat, and she'd be easy to direct. Adria's just
disgusted with everything tonight including BB, who she feels short-changed her
goodie basket, "Most of this is out of my own suitcase." She says she'll
figure out who's she's nominating when it's time to put the keys in the box.
It sounds like Cowboy is safe for this week, she thinks he's a trusting,
harmless and gullible country boy, it would be wrong to pick on him.
The conversation continues past 3:30AM.

Wednesday, August 11,
2004: They Vote Today |
|
We don't get to see it, but the HGs cast their votes in the
DR today. 9:00AM The HGs wake to music.
By 10:30AM it was another dull day at the BB house. Marvin, Will, Karen and
Diane are on the patio. They're still trying to figure out which of Jase's
stories were truth and fiction. "At this point I'd pay good money just to
know his real age. I'm guessing he's got to be 42." Will speculates.
They're talking about us. Jase tells
Marvin that he thinks BB makes them all get up and walk through the house,
otherwise the internet viewers start spreading rumors that one of them hit the
panic button and left in the middle of the night. "There are some hardcore
weirdoes out there that watch us sleep. They'll go in the chat rooms and write,
'Marvin's tossin' and turning a lot. He must have a lot on his mind.'"
Well, I never! In truth, they all toss and turn a lot. And if they
don't stop yawning I'm going to fall back to sleep.
Marvin asks Jase, "Has your real dad ever tried to contact you?"
Jase: "Oh yeah, I've had to change my phone number a couple times because he's tried to contact me. I've
told my dad that I'm cool with him, but I don't want to talk to him." Jase
has kept tabs on his real dad, because he knows what he done in business.
Jase's real dad rescues failing corporations and turns them around. Jase
hangs with his stepfather, and his step brother and sister.
10:55AM Karen is called to the DR to vote and
record her farewell message. She's so excited to be getting closer to her
goal of a Jase-free house. 11:20AM
"I'm up next in the DR. What do you want me to do?" Drew asks Jase.
"Well you know, if you don't vote for me it looks like we never had anything, us
horsemen. But this way I'll have you and Cowboy's vote."
1:30PM Adria and Natalie are not succeeding in their
goal of separating from each other. They spend a large amount of time
together whispering. They notice that Karen is different than when she
first entered the house. She doesn't work out like she used to. Natalie [I
think] says Karen seems to need to dominate all discussions. They don't think
Karen talks "game" very much. They like the gutsy way Diane plays the
game.
 |
| Marvin has to pack too. |
Of course they're very wrong about Karen not talking
game. Her and Will talk about it constantly. Karen reminds me of
BB3 Danielle when she would stress out and get hyper. Where Danielle's
frantic attacks were few, and later in the game, Karen started getting
stressed in the second week. 6:00PM
Jase is packing.

7:00PM BB Gives the HGs a shuffleboard to practice on for tomorrow's HoH
contest. The HGs take turns for a while, Cowboy is doing pretty good.
Karen says that her and Larry used to play air hockey.
Later Karen gets Nakomis in the kitchen and starts telling
her about Adria and Nat talking to Will last night. Karen says she doesn't
like it because if you're happy with your alliance you don't go around asking
other alliance members if they're happy. Karen says they've both been
acting strange, "kinda jumpy." Karen spins the story that Will was
ambushed [and he was] and that the twins kept saying that "they've heard
things." Karen spins this to sound like Adria and Nat were saying the
Karen was their source of information.
Know Your BB House Stoners: Last year Jee,
Robert, Justin were constantly talking about doing drugs and getting stoned.
I was wondering if anyone in this crowd were users. We know Drew and the
twins are clean, Drew's never even tried cigarettes, Marvin's talked about it,
but has never admitted to anything other than booze. I look at Karen and
figure she's stoned right now, and the thought of Cowboy being any goofier is
downright frightening. So, drum roll: It's Diane and Will that like
the wacky weed. Will likes to get high, have sex and listen to Eminem, he
says his best orgasms are when he's high. Diane was getting drug tested
weekly at work, by faked out the tests by using something found on the internet
to clean your pee. [She didn't mention the brand, I'm sure I could have
landed them as a site sponsor.] Karen, who doesn't drink, says Larry
doesn't either. Karen says that she has had a Pina Colada once but
it was really weak, and a sip of wine, and a taste of margarita.
All this and the Beer isn't Even Here Yet:
9:00PM and the beer is in the stock room, no one on the PB&J is allowed booze.
The conversations about sex continue. Natalie, said she had sex in front of the
Troy State Library in the bushes with people walking by. Nakomis did
it in
Travis Park in San Antonio which is a popular tourist spot in Texas.
Will had sex in the restroom of a fast food restaurant.
Who do You Want Out Next:
Drew and Diane are still thinking about who Marvin would put up if he won HoH.
Diane says
she thinks that he would put up Karen, or the twins. Diane asks Drew if
he's talked to "the boys" yet about their plans. He says. "Well, Jase is gone, so its just me and
Cowboy-- Will is not a boy." They giggle. Diane says, "I really like Karen, she's kinda annoying sometimes, but I like her"
They weigh who they want out worse Marvin or Cowboy and they both agree, "Marvin."
Diane says they can keep Cowboy around because he cant make his own decisions
and can control him, and Marvin's unpredictable. [Not to me.] Drew
tells Diane he's voted to keep Jase because he didn't want to look like the
biggest hypocrite in America.
12:30PM BBT: Drew and Diane are in bed
whispering and kissing. They do this every night no matter how annoyed I
get. |

2004: Big Brother on CBS
Tonight |
|
The HGs have another down day with nothing scheduled.
We have a Big Brother broadcast to watch tonight on CBS, followed by a
new episode of Amazing Race.
10:00AM First wake-up call, by 10:45
Karen, Will, Marvin, and Nakomis are on the patio. The subject today is
"Jase is a jerk, we can't wait for Thursday."
4:00PM Update: Still waiting for something to
happen today. It started last night...
Jase was telling Diane how good it felt knowing that he was going home, going to
see his family and friends, go out and have some beers, still have time to pick
up some acting jobs before Fall, he was happy. So Diane said she never
expected that and if it's really going to make him happy to be evicted, they
might just have to vote out Marvin. It was all a joke, or maybe a joke and
a way to reel Jase in a bit so he thought he stood a chance of staying, he
wouldn't behave badly for his last few days. So now
Jase thinks he stands a chance. Cowboy talks him into trying to hang on,
as Cowboy can't understand why they'd want to keep Marvin. With the notion
that his best buddy might be able to stay in the house, Cowboy has spent last
night and today questioning everyone as to who they're going to vote for.
Since most HGs won't tell, Cowboy doesn't stop asking.
This afternoon Karen, Will and Nakomis discuss Cowboy's
gullibility, and overall, well... stupidity. Will, who studied special
education in college, thinks Cowboy is challenged. The group agrees that
it wasn't right of BB to put someone in the house that didn't have the mental
faculties to protect himself. They fear that when
Cowboy goes home, things could be different for him. April, his fiancé,
is extremely conservative and told him not to wear briefs, only boxers in the BB
house. Cowboy had instructions that he wasn't to hug anyone in the house
unless the hug was initiated by someone else and not hugging back would hurt him
in the game.
How will April feel about Cowboy running through the house
bare-ass naked and hanging his hat on his erection? How will she feel that
Scott and Jase made fun of April's weight, and Cowboy didn't defend her.
How will the rest of the folks back home feel when they see Cowboy being
portrayed as the house jester, a common fool. Will, Karen and Nakomis
agree that he shouldn't have been cast to be on the show.
Tonight's Broadcast:
The review begins with Friday's eviction ceremony, and the reactions to
Nakomis nominating one of her own. There was more about the twins
and how they're being driven crazy with questions about who was who and
when.
We saw Diane tell Drew that the plan is that Marvin and Cowboy go out
next. He wasn't part of their original alliance, but join them now
and be part of the final eight. Drew knows it's a lousy offer, but
there's no other game in the house.
The second quarter opens with some fancy footwork as the BB HGs dance
to break the monotony. But the monotony may be getting to Karen
who's talking to herself, baking cookies, crying and generally acting
bizarre. Footloose
and Krazy [4 minutes]
Then, Jase realizes he might have been a pawn in GPPW's plan, and he
might be going on the block anyway (they showed these scenes on Saturday's
show).
The second half begins with the veto competition. They choose
sides, Nakomis picks Adria, Marvin picks Will, even though Jase asked him
to pick him, Diane picks Drew. The game was "Pop Goes the Veto," and
the players had to throw darts to pop balloons that covered pictures of
the possible veto winners. Jase noticed that no one was trying too
hard to get Drew out of the game,
this is because they [GPPW]
predetermined that Drew would be the winner. Drew hugged Jase over
the victory, but it wasn't sincere, Drew never planned to not use the veto
to save Diane, even though there was no risk of Diane leaving with Marvin
on the block with her. Pop
Goes the Veto [8 minutes]
After Drew's win, there was some drama that maybe Drew wouldn't use the
veto. A DR scene and Drew saying that it was a really tough week for
him, and he didn't know where to place his loyalties.
Biohazard Big Brother: Project DNA takes on a whole new meaning
with all the germs and filth in the BB house. Adria and Natalie go
on their cleaning spree.
Next Will and Karen talk about the bonds that Adria and Natalie have,
and if you evict one, you still have one left that's really pissed.
On the other side of the house, Adria and Natalie are aligning with Diane,
who defended Adria when the 4H ambushed her before Scott's eviction.
The last quarter has Diane and Drew's pillow talk, Diane tells Drew
that he can do whatever he wants with the veto, he won it, it's his, "Just
make me happy." The veto meeting begins the next morning. Drew
calls the meeting to order. Diane and Marvin are allowed to make
their arguments. Diane speaks of all the people that would miss her,
especially Drew, her cuddle buddy. Marvin was more to the point,
"Come on Drew, bros before ho's." Drew gives the PoV to Diane, and
Marvin says, "Oh, that was so sweet, and I'm so surprised..." When
Nakomis puts Jase in as the alternate nominee, and Marvin says, "Welcome
to the block, homey." The DR scenes show that even Drew knows there
no one in the house that can trust him after he betrayed his own alliance. Veto
Meeting [8 minutes]

8:00PM It's exercise time. I'm
really just posting so you know I'm still on the job... Waiting for them to do
or say something worth writing about. Jase is lifting weights, Drew is
doing sit-ups, Natalie's on the treadmill, Adria working her arms with dumb-
bells, Cowboy, Nakomis and Karen are in hot tub.
Marvin is cooking in the Kitchen. Will is putting Drew through one
of Lori's ab classes. 9:45PM Is it dinner?
The HGs are gathered in the kitchen eating a creation made by Marvin.
10:20PM Drew and Adria Form An Alliance.
It's been hinted, and assumed for a few days now, but tonight they verbalized
it. Adria tells Drew that the two biggest targets in the house were him
and Diane, and Adria and Natalie. Drew said that he thinks the deal
is great and that he hasn't committed to anyone else. They
wonder Marvin and CB are aligned with. They consider Karen and Will
"floaters," that will align with the majority each week.
Hot Lesbo Action: (That's just for the search
engines.) The group considers playing charades, but the conversation
shifts back to sex. Karen makes a comment about Lori being really sexy and
Marvin picks up on the comment as asks if she's bi. Karen says that as an
artist she finds women very attractive. Marvin keeps pushing, asking if she's
ever had sex with a woman. Karen says when she was 15, she had a
girlfriend that dry humped her.
Marvin: "Did you like it?" Karen: "Well I didn't push her off." She
said she'd consider getting it on with another chick, and Larry wouldn't mind,
"In fact he's probably getting out the video camera right now." Marvin
asks if she'd do it with the twins, but her answer is non-committal. The
twins weren't interested in hot lesbo sex at all. Marvin says, "For those
keeping score at home: The twins won't do a chick for $20 but Karen would."
Jase now asks Nakomis where she stands. Nakomis asks for them to describe a specific situation
Jase, "In the house, no action, eight crazy people, would you do it with a women." Nakomis says she would kiss women outside of the house but she is "afraid of the pink bat" and wouldn't go there.
11:15PM Marvin's interviewing the HGs, and
the subject of anal and oral sex. The beer arrived and he's really
uninhibited. I predict that by tomorrow this will be described as
another one of Marvin's vulgar moments that went too far, but tonight, everyone
is laughing and having a great time. When Marvin demonstrates what he
calls, "the bowling ball move," using Jase as a model, Will was laughing so hard
he was crying. Sex
Ed. [Very Explicit] [48 minutes]
Dreamers
Spin the Bottle Video [Very Explicit [120 minutes]
1:15AM Adria and Natalie Try to Pin Will Down: Adria,
Natalie. Will and Karen discuss who Marvin might put on the block if he
got HoH. Karen hears Jase talking to Diane and she runs off to listen in. Adria and
Natalie start pressing Will for information. The Twins want to know who is he committed to,
Will won't say, he won't go any further than to say "'Us,' I'm committed to the
six of us." Adria freaks Will out by saying, "The word on the street is that you are a floater."
Will tries to get them to elaborate on who is saying that, but they don't give
any more information. Natalie warns him that he could get caught on the outside
like Marvin, is, without an alliance. They both assure him that he
is "their guy" but "others" are putting out that Will is floating and has no
security.
Luckily for the twins, [because IMHO, they're going too
hardcore on Will] Jase comes in a changes the subject. The rest of the
night Jase keeps everyone involved a discussion of family interaction, love and
what makes us what we are. He's thoughtful and relaxed, and Cowboy
makes him transparent by asking everyone to vote to keep Jase in the house.
