Do you  know the name of the character actor who was often seen in shows of the 50's playing a very snooty department store clerk, waiter, or hotel clerk?  He had a moustache (curled up at the ends), and was famous for saying "Yeeeeeeeess" in a drawn-out manner, as though he was bothered by whoever he was waiting on or helping.  He was a regular on Jack Benny and the Lucy show, if I recall.

That was Frank Nelson.  He played Ralph Ramsey on "I Love Lucy".  He passed away in 1986.
